When I was looking for someone to replace a part in my Volvo, my search brought me to Reeve-Smith Auto Repair. I was impressed with all of the stellar reviews this company received. They did not disappoint! I e-mailed them and asked for an estimate for the part I needed replaced, and I received a response almost immediately. I was in the shop 2 days later having the repair made. The owner and his son were very professional and kept me updated throughout my wait. It was an incredibly positive experience, and now that my car is out of warranty, I will be taking it to Reeve-Smith for all my service needs. So in a word, awesome! Exceptional service , honest, and fair pricing. I’m glad I found this place, they saved me a lot of time and money by ensuring I did not make unnecessary repairs that were suggested by another mechanic . I highly recommend this place .

Brought my daughter's C30 in to have suspension issue checked. Reeve-Smith found the issue and fixed it promptly. I would not want anybody else to work on my daughter's car. Volvo / Reeve-Smith for life.

I reached out to various places to repair my Volvo, which was leaking water inside. Reeve-Smith provided the most competitive and affordable quote. It turned out my drains were clogged. Taylor and Alan help me out. I brought in my Volvo Cross country because I had a wobble in my steering wheel when I applied brakes. They were able to quickly diagnose the problem as having warped front rotors. Alan called me after the diagnosis and went over the plan. They were able to replace the front rotors and get my car back on the road the same day. They didn't try to upsell me on some other part replacement or service that I didn't need. These guys are EXPERTS ON VOLVOS! As the kids say, "don't sleep on them." The repair cost was affordable and more than fair. I’m someone who will repair pretty much anything on their own car but I was lost on the major issue I was having with my 850 turbo. These guys properly diagnosed the issue, kept me updated with phone calls, and gave me more than a fair price for the work they put in and had it done in a timely manner. They took great care of my car and if I have any problems that I can’t figure out myself then it’s going back here. Great group of people. Thank you.

We’ve had a horrible problem with our Volvo in which the dealer was unwilling to continue work. The manager at Reeve-Smith spoke to me today and examined the problem photos and was confident and happy to go to work on the problem. I’m confident they’ll be able to solve the problem and so grateful for their professionalism. Update: they fixed the problem completely. We are so grateful for Reeve-Smith

Over the last 20 years, I have used these guys for everything my Volvos have needed. I have literally never had a bad experience. They are professional and courteous, and always do a great job.
