Took my car here to get some things fixed, and the price was higher than other places I had been quoted. I declined service, and when I went to get my car back, they didn’t reattach my wheel properly, causing an even more dangerous situation and an additional $400 of damages to my car. Don’t go here, you can find a cheaper and better quality repair elsewhere.

These guys are good, I was having some issues with my Benz and at first I was unhappy with the initial results (having some weird headlight issues so it’s complicated) I was frustrated but Tom took the time to listen to me and improve the outcome I think these guys are doing good work and will make sure to get the job done right

Took my car for inspection. They said I needed rear breaks. When I drove away I heard loud squeaking and I could smell new odd smells from my breaks. I took it back and they blamed the parts for being the issue so they replaced them for free. Now it’s been two months and I hear more noises from my breaks. I took it to a different mechanic and they said that my previous mechanic (Red & Sons) forgot to grease the breaks. I am happy they replaced the breaks but it seems that they are missing steps with repairs and I will not take my car back.

Update: the plug did not stick, and I had to take my car to another garage to replace the tire. Will never come back here. Charged $56 to plug my tire, which is more than double what it should cost. Quick turnaround and good service, but I would only come back in an emergency.

Great mechanic. Did an outstanding job on our Mini Cooper. I love the fact that we have found a mechanic we can trust who does great work. Will be going to Tamir for a long time to come

I am sure that every circumstance is different and I know that I got really lucky, but I had the best experience ever with this garage! After calling multiple garages and being told that they wouldn't be able to service my car for days, I reached out to Reds & Sons, they told me to bring my car right down, they called me an hour later to tell me the problem was an easy fix and they didn't even charge me!! People were incredibly nice and they secured a lifelong customer in me. A mechanic, in the city, that you can trust, priceless!!

I was in Philly for a conference and they really helped me out of a jam when my car broke down. He was honest and didn't know if he could fit it in depending on what it was but did everything he could and ended up getting it done that day. They saved my upcoming vacation. Thank you!

Drove 30 min after calling the man on the phone said “come down yea you can come in for a hose replacement” Drove 30 min in my car barely making it with my daughter for the man at the front desk to be disrespectful. He kept asking me what’s wrong with the car and act like he ain’t want to even help me then ask me to come down tomorrow to get it fixed after I called. He didn’t even want to run the diagnostic like I’m the mechanic this little shop on this corner is not worth bringing your car down here! Avoid avoid avoid
