All I can say is, I’ve been through about 4 repair shops and received outlandish quotes for tiny issues. I had a some heavy squealing in my brakes at 35,000 miles on an 2023 Acadia and shops were telling me to change the rotors and brakes completely or shape them down for $500+. I took my suv to one last repair shop (Redd’s) and explained the quotes and without hesitation they went out and took a look at the issue and said it’s not a safety hazard or anything troublesome. They offered to do my front brakes (very reasonable price) and what do you know, sound is gone. Zackery (owner) and Brittaney were very welcoming and understanding and both had some pretty good knowledge on what needed to be done. The best part is they are not trying to dig into your pockets and will give you an honest assessment. They even recommended me to call gmc in Wichita Falls first before taking it to them for any repairs. Great customer service and knowledgeable!

Called Monday morning for a quote for timing belt change on 1 vehicle and spark plug change on another. Waited over 24 hours, and finally called them back. Receptionist named Rachel told me they couldn’t complete the quote because my Honda Element doesn’t take have a timing belt. Never called me for clarification or spoke with a mechanic to figure out it was the serpentine belt. The quote for spark plug change on a 6 cylinder Nissan was almost $500. Ended up going to Kasey’s tire and automotive for the serpentine belt change and they quoted me around $430 for spark plugs. If I can’t get the bolts off of the intake valve myself on the Nissan, I will end up going to Kasey’s for that as well.

First time using Redd’s Automotive Repair and I must say I am really impressed with services they provided me with. They are really understanding and knowledgeable about any questions or concerns about my vehicle. The care provided was outstanding! I also want to say Rachel was amazing with giving me quotes and helping me with anything I needed. Would definitely recommend anyone to check out Redd’s Automotive Repair.

Disappointing experience. Wasn't going to leave a review, but after much thought felt obligated to. Took my 2002 S10 in on Friday morning because of an intermittent stalling issue. Explained I has replaced the trucks plugs, wires coil packs, IAC valve, TPS and Air Intake Sensor, but the problem still existed. Told them to keep the truck as long as necessary and continue to drive it at will until the stalling issue occurred. Got a phone call Friday afternoon saying I could come pick up the truck for they were unable to isolate or replicate the issue. Was told they had driven the truck a few times and did numerous OBD readings and couldn't find a fault code and I owed nothing. Picked up the truck on Saturday morning and a few test drives totaled 3 miles. Seriously? Not pissed off or mad, but highly disappointed in the lack of effort in trying to diagnose and resolve the issue. Again, there was no rush to fix the truck. They were aware they could keep and drive the truck until the stalling issue was found and fixed. I have additional means of transportation. They washed their hands of it in less than 8 hours. There's a difference between Technicians and Mechanics and I'm left with the belief that Zack has Technicians. As long as they can plug in the analyzer and get a code, they can proceed with hanging new parts and resolving issues. However, if they can't get a code, it appears there's a lack of mechanical skills or they don't want to take the time to diagnose or isolate intermittent or difficult issues. I'm confident based upon previous reviews (which brought me to Redd's in the first place) if you're vehicle displays codes or is newer, it's the place in Lawton to go. Zack seems to be quite knowledgeable and professional as well as his receptionist and I give them 5 stars. As for the Technicians, I cannot give them a rating for my stalling issue still exists and my search for a Mechanic in Lawton goes on.

First of all I normally don't leave reviews, but I could not pass up the opportunity to tell everyone about this place, I took my 2017 BMW X5 in to have the timing chain replaced because I have 110,000 miles on my vehicle, from the time that I walked through the door I was greeted by the receptionist, she was very friendly and knowledgeable, then I met the owner and the mechanic, he looked over my car and he was upfront with me and told me that I didn't have to replace the timing chain at this particular time because the newer BMW'S can get close to 200,000 miles before I have to change it, also I asked them to look at something else for me and their honesty is what I was impressed with, they could have gone ahead and changed the timing chain and charged me a hell of a lot of money, but instead they were honest and only charged me a diagnostic fee of $65. I would recommend this place to anyone.

I started working here months ago because the owner was upfront about not taking advantage of customers and having my own previous experience with those types of shops I kinda jumped on it. I recently had my own repairs done on my old Corolla and I feel so much better and more informed about the current state of my own vehicle. I have a clear idea of what was done, what still needs to be done, and what is running a it should be. There's a real peace of mind in knowing everything is as it should be and I'm safe even though it's aging gracefully. After being on both sides of the counter I'd recommend this shop! (Totally not biased at all. Lol)

If you have problems with your vehicle, go here!!! From Zack, the owner, and Rachel, the receptionist and all of the mechanics (I've never personally met them, my dad has, but shout out to them!!) Everyone is SO helpful, anytime my family has something wrong with our vehicle, we go here. They're amazing at helping to figure out the problem, and are always straight to the point. If they can't fix it- they'll tell you where to go to to get it fixed. If somethings goes wrong, they're our first choice! Amazing team ♡

There’s a lot to say about Redd’s Automotive Repair, from the moment you arrive, it’s well kept and clean outside and inside. Rachel, ( the service writer), is extremely warm, professional, approachable, conveying a true sense of trust and comfort with a warm smile and she will return your calls. Rachel and Zachary( owner and head mechanic) explain the issues with my car in a clear, easy to understand terms, and provide a detailed explanation of my repair options without any surprises or pressure. My car runs like it was new, and to show their transparency and honesty, they show you the old parts. You can ask them questions on future repairs or modifications and they will honestly steer you in the best direction for your needs. It’s clear they take pride in their work and care about their customers and don’t take them for granted, like many shops do. Look no further if you want reliable, affordable and top-notch service from Zachary and his crew. They have a customer for life!

I am very happy with this place. We have a truck that had a DPF issue, it was making us concerned since we wanted to drive to see family, and no one wants to drive a broken and unreliable car. I called this place after reading the reviews, and they are indeed very honest, helpful and nice. They fixed the problem and now we can safely drive again. Our big thanks to the whole team.

One of the BEST shops in Lawton. Zack and his team are beyond amazing and all hard working. They're very professional, knowledgeable, honest, trustworthy, and will make sure you're all good to go before hitting the road again. They're also very kind and helpful. This is the first and only place I think to go to for any issues with my car. Thank you for cleaning up my engine too! Everyone is great here. Can not recommend this place enough. This is the place to go.

Redd's took really good care of my husband's truck so when I had car troubles recently I thought I would go somewhere I trusted, and I'm very glad I did. I went to the dealership and had my car diagnosed and they gave me an astronomical bill. I called Redd's immediately and asked if they could fix my car and they got it done that same week and for half the price the dealership was trying to get from me. They have proved to be extremely trustworthy due to their transparency and hard work. I'll be coming back here anytime I have a car problem.

Simply put, they did an outstanding job on my mother n laws ford. Had to search all over the country for a wiring harness and found one of only three in the entire country. Explained everything. Couldn’t be more pleased.

In town for army training and had a long road trip coming up soon. Took it in for a check to see what things I needed done- mainly looking for transmission update. They ended up looking at other problems I briefly mentioned and if they saw other problems they let me know. Front desk was very good at communicating, the maintenance person knew exactly what he was talking about, and the manager was so understanding and respectful. Unfortunately fixes I needed could not be completed at their shop, but they gave me excellent recommendations and offered other fixes if I went back to them. If I lived here they would be my go to auto repair shop!

Most honest shop I have ever been to. We move around a lot due to the military. They were able to repair my issue in a timely manner with minimal cost. They didn't try to pad the bill with unnecessary work. The receptionist was friendly and personable. The mechanic was knowledgeable and explained everything to me. Highly recommend this shop!

I should have posted this sooner. Had I done so, I could have saved some folks a lot of money in the last week or so. The 28th of June I had a last minute 2700 mile trip I had to take. As it was, I already knew my truck was having trouble with an antifreeze leak. I had been assured by another shop in town it was fine. …It was not fine. I was supposed to leave early that morning, but I awoke to next to no coolant in the reservoir. The wheel-well was soaked on the passenger side, and a quick trip exposed the quick drip. This did not bode well for my trip, and there was no possibility of postponing. But almost every shop I tried was closed, and those that weren’t were booked to capacity and then some. The same was true of Redd’s. The difference was that they cared that I was facing a long trip without the possibility of delaying it. My vehicle troubles meant potentially devastating consequences. They could have just let me leave and had a much bigger repair to bill later. Instead, they acted selflessly. Redd’s was able to check it over, identity the leak (cracked reservoir, of all things), tell me which parts were needed, get them installed perfectly, and even topped off the new reservoir. The cost of labor was very reasonable, and more than generous given my situation. The repair ensured I made my trip with only a few hours’ delay, and it went beautifully. Better than that, I never worried about whether the truck was going to be able to. Peace of mind is extremely important to me. With Redd’s, you get that. With Redd’s, you don’t just get what you pay for, you get respect as a human being. You’re valued as a person as well as a customer; Not just for your wallet. At the risk of sounding like a cheap commercial; Redd’s is first rate work, and first rate customer service, without shredding your budget. They’re a shop you can trust.

My AC went out and they fixed me right up in the price range in what I figured it what gonna be considering where my compressor was at and what all they were gonna have to do to get to it. They got me right in and taken care of. They were very friendly and I will be taken all my business there if it's something that my people can not take care of themselves. I recommend them 5 stars

Thank you to Redd's Automotive repair for diagnosing and repairing my 2010 Nissan Frontier. It is difficult to find good people who do good honest work. From the excellent customer service and kindness from the lovely receptionist to the great mechanics in the back everyone is awesome. Zach even came out and showed me all the work that was done and answered my questions so that I fully understood what was repaired. Thank you guys. I will definitely recommend and use you again!!

love them, I called all the shops in a 50 radius and they were the only one to do a cylinder head replacement for my jeep. they are extremely nice and friendly and are very military friendly. 10/10 would recommend this shop for others to go to.

I had a great experience. Very friendly staff with great customer service. They completed the work quickly and communicated throughout the process. One of the installed parts had an issue (not their fault) and they fit me in ASAP and got it rectified. Drove my vehicle 2,500 miles the following week with zero issues. I got a coolant flush, brake pad and rotor replacement, oil pressure sensor replacement, and a vehicle inspection done.

Superb customer service. Fixed the AC in my 15 year old SuperDuty in about an hour after 3 other shops had misdiagnosed the problem but found it possible to charge me as if it was fixed. The owner, Zach, had me bring it back to check on the repair 3 days later as a way of ensuring I was satisfied. This place does good, honest, quality work. Clean waiting area and Zach and his team are friendly to boot. Highly recommend this shop for your auto repair needs.
