This place is so awesome, they always try to get you in as soon as possible and will save you a buck if you don’t need something done right away. The owners are honest and hard working and do an amazing job. I don’t know much about cars so I always feel stupid going to get my car fixed but when I come here they put me at ease and treat me with respect. I always get even my stupidest questions answered with kindness. Been here more than a handful of times now and I’ll continue to come back.

I was traveling through this area and visiting site's. I heard a noise in right rear and front. As we are traveling I wanted to get things checked over before going on road again. I had only a day to make this happen. I spotted this service are during our walking. I stopped and explained my problem. From the very get go, I could not have asked for a more professional group of people. They took our car in for us did a complete checkout for all safety and noise complaints.I had them change the fluids and top off any that was needed. The service reps took the time to show all work and findings. They where very professional in explaining my issues. Nothing that would effect my travel, but recommended keeping an eye on a few. Liam was thorough and detailed in explaining issues. They were supportive in Veterans discount. I was so amazed in the low cost for the professional service received. If anyone traveling through this area and need auto service. This a must go to place for all of the above reason. I certainly will return when I am in the area. Beware. Awful experience that felt like a bait and switch. Our family vehicle's transmission gave out right before Christmas, so we brought it into Red Mountain. After quoting us more than the vehicle is worth to repair, we decided to return and get the keys to have it towed away, only to be told that we now owe $150 for a "Diagnostic Charge". To be very clear, this charge was NEVER mentioned upon drop-off and felt like being expoilted simply because we didn't choose to have them do the work. Had they mentioned this charge ahead of time, I would not have even had them assess. I understand that human error can occur and that the guy at the desk likely just forgot to tell me ahead of time. But it's how a business handles these matters when they make a mistake that tells you all you need to know about them. Take your vehicle's here at your own risk.

I have taken my jeep there 2 times in the last month, once for death wobble and then for my radiator. Both time they got my jeep in and out in the same day with no appointment. Liam the service advisor was great and a shout out to my mechanic Andy Romero for knowing exactly what was wrong and getting both jobs done in a pinch. If you need Jeep work done Andy is definitely your guy!

My car died, and it was in their parking lot. After they opened the shop, they took a look at it and fixed it promptly. The men in the shop were professional. Gary was kind in helping me after two mechanic shops messed up my car. They were affordable, too. I would highly recommend them to everyone!! Thank you all for helping out when I was having a bad week. May you all have a Merry Christmas and a Happy and Prosperity in the New Year!

For what it’s worth, my experience was outstanding. They are courteous and attention to my immediate problem was also almost immediate. Within the same day, These folks received my old Prius, heard my problem, made a diagnosis and effected a remedy. Knowledge, experience, and pride mark this business as one you should be aware of.

The information that charged me 150.00 dollars for auto zone for FREE. Not only that when they looked at my car they didn't tell me there would even be a 150.00 charge. When I disputed the fact that Auto zone offers the services he delivered for free he AGREED. 25 years I've been going here. NEVER AGAIN ! They also told me my alternator was bad when Auto zone checked it they said it was NOT BAD. Red Mountain quoted me 1200.00 to fix battery and alternator that was not broken.

they are a great company and served me and many of my peers like no other company I've been too. they are nice with great costs and are quick at the most part. I recommend them over all other tire stores in the city.

Don't trust their website pricing. So I just went to pick my GMC Sierra truck up for 4 new tires and an alignment. Got a quote off the website for an "out the door price" of $2,047.86. Went in and they asked over ~$2,300. When I asked Jody the service advisor why the discrepancy, they stated that they don't know what is on their website. I then showed them a screen shot of their website quote. They stated the price for a rebalance has gone up. They they asked if I was paying by card, I said yes, so they said well we charge a processing fee (not mentioned on their website). Then when he printed out the invoice he said they also charge a shop supply fee of 3%. Seems the work they did was fine, but hidden fees, false advertising, and rude service isn't worth it. Would not recommend using them again. See the attached website quote and actual invoice. Seems pretty shady that they wouldn't honor their own stated pricing.

I was in desperate need of a tire repair, and I had to get to work. Liam helped with no issues. He told me yes we can fix the tire and I should be able to get back to you within two hours. Right on point he called me, tire was fixed and placed back on my car. Very nice staff would recommend. Big O up the street told me 3 plus hours and no guarantees. Red Mountain Automotive is the go to place.

I was referred here to get repairs done for my car. I only got as far as the diagnosis, however, which was $135 plus tax. They did have a loan program, which they encouraged me to lie about my income for a higher loan. Which would've put me in financial trouble due to my low income and budget. They scolded me for being honest on the application and told me the full amount of my car repairs with a "told you so" attitude. Will look elsewhere for auto service.

Truly honest, knowledgeable, and trustworthy auto repair service. Took the time to research my issue and fix it properly. Kept me informed and explained my options in an understandable way. It's no wonder their always busy. Even so they will get you fixed in a timely manner. I recommend them first to anyone that asks.

Watch out women and elderly in the neighborhood! This place seems to be riding their coattails of a reputation, of always being so busy that they'll take advantage of and gouge us in a hot second. They seem to think we're stuck otherwise and we have to go to them. I called twice to find out how much to recharge my AC and they told me $210!!!! Needless to say, I have an appointment with another place where it will be full service, including dye, for "$134 out the door."

I brought my 1990 honda civic in to have my motor mounts checked. I then drove to my parents' house to hang out and as I was leaving, my dad shouted for me to come back because the rear motor mount bolt FELL OUT of the bottom of my engine onto the street.

On May 4th i took my 2003 jeep in to be looked at for a wheel shake . my jeep was put on the rack and i was told my front end was all bad that i needed a steering bar , ball joints ,tie rod ends and 4 shocks . Well they offered to buy my jeep and gave me a quote of $2539.10 to fix it . less than a month ago i replaced all ball joints, tie rod ends and shocks and steering arm. Let the buyer be aware of what kind of business they run. Want to thank these three technicians for exceptional customer service to me as well as my vehicle. Service advisor - Liam Technician - Juan Technician - Marc The service was extremely professional and welcoming, my car was in and out in what seemed to be the blink of an eye, price for the services done was also very competitive, compared to Big O tires and others I looked into. My service advisor Liam and technicians Juan and Marc really left a positive impression on me. will be coming back for any future services. do yourself a favor and stop by! Was greeted by Liam early morning when I dropped off my vehicle. he was very friendly and welcoming and took his time hearing my situation and my possible concerns. really appreciated this since they looked extremely busy early in the morning. dropped off my vehicle for a AC check and recharge, Juan and Marc made sure my vehicle was in great shape for the upcoming summer heat, Juan's attention to detail while inspecting my vehicle was very impressive, although I was only there for the AC, he took the time to talk to my about my vehicle as well as show me any points of concern that came up during my inspection. very informative and willing to help. Marc finished off by getting my AC system ready to go and my AC is blowing colder than ever!

Bad…real bad. Took my 2018 Honda CRV in for oil change (first time, also last). Next morning oil is all over my garage floor under my car….leak! I immediately take the car back. They say maybe the oil pan plug is bad……(ya right. It’s an iron bolt). Clearly the mechanic did not tighten the bolt properly. I drive out and my low tire pressure light comes on. I check the tire pressure….they are ALL low. Supposed to be part of oil change service. Bye-bye Red Mountain.

I had my vehicle service several times, oil change, tire replacement, tire sensors touch up all fluid needed, check tire pressure and the front desk technician including the mechanics all have been awesome and honest in their duty of working at Red Mountain Tire & Automotive. I would definitely return again for car service. 🚗

I was a loyal customer for close to 8 years. I loved these guys and they completely held my trust. The last 3 visits ended that. 1). After an oil change I was told I had a power steering leak that would cost $1,100. I got home, and had NO drips on my garage floor (this car had never leaked fluid EVER). By morning there was a pea sized drip on the ground (what would YOU think?) It's dripped power steering fluid ever since. 2). Less than 3000 miles after $1400 head gasket replacement my cooling system burst. I had a mechanic come over and look at it and his immediate impression was that they had filled radiator with tap water (no ethylene glycol present, just rusty water). 3). I didn't know if I had any recourse. I just went in to explain what had happened. When I walked in the office was empty. Two employees were sitting on stools engaged in casual conversation. I stood there for a bit, they know I was there. A guy who looked like he would be comfortable in a Hell's Angel's jacket turned to me and just non verbally acknowledge my presence with a head nod. I asked if he could look up the invoice of my head gasket replacement and tell me what all was done to the car. He groaned a heavy sigh and acted like that would be a huge endeavor and said "It'll take some time". This guy was not happy with me. I cut losses thanked him for his time and decided this was no longer my automobile mechanic.

I’ve been taking my vehicles to Red Mountain Tire & Automotive for close to twenty years and they have always done a great job. In my opinion trust is the no. 1 trait I look for in a mechanic and they have never tried selling me something I didn’t need! That’s something you don’t find often these days. They are honest, knowledgeable and friendly. I never hesitate to recommend them to friends.

Red Mountain Tire & Auto takes care of our cars, my parents, our kids’ cars - they are awesome. Great technicians that can diagnose problems with accuracy, fair and reasonable quotes - that are never higher when the actual work is completed. A few times they have even been less than the quote! We have purchased tires for like 6 cars with great warranties. The best part is that we completely trust them- to be fair, honest and of the highest quality. The staff is amazing as well!!

Truely aweful customer service. I went in for a quote and they acted as if i were bothering them. It blows my mind that an employee would be rude to a customer that they never met and miss out on thousands of dollars based on poor attitude. Gave two stars instead of one because i didn't actually have them touch my car so can't speak on their workmanship but ill assume they wouldn't care much about my vehicle.
