The whole team at Red McCombs Hyundai was great to work with, especially Steven in sales! I traded in my vehicle for a used vehicle here, and had a great experience. There were some delays on my end with getting my vehicle in for the trade and everyone was patient and willing to work with me. I would do business here again.

Easy as can be! After a little back and forth (which is just part of the business ) we got to a number i was happy with . Since this was a lease i know alot of times the sales guys are as versed on money factor , residual amount etc. But rather than act like they knew or give me wrong information my salesperson went the the Desk Manager and had him come chat with me. Im in the business as well and I always appreciate when a salesperson is willing and able to find the right person to help me rather than pretend to know. My Sales Person VALID was awesome! Helped me thru the process of setting up my new 2024 Ioniq 6 lease. I WOULD HIGHLY RECOMMEND IF YOU'RE IN THE MARKET FOR A HYUNDAI TO GO SEE VALID AT HYUNDAI NORTHWEST.

Nothing but bad experience with a guy who lies to sell. The salesman JD in new cars upsold us on a car and since it did not have leather seats he promised us seat covers. The ones he ordered us were a hideous cream and red , definitely not something an older adult would purchase, more like what a young adult under age 30 would purchase. When we returned them he Promised a replacement before Christmas which never happened. Now he either lies to me or avoids my call so I get his manager involved with more unfulfilled promises. If you want straight up, done right business, do not let JD be your salesman . In fact, just go somewhere else. There are other dealers in San Antonio who will work to keep their customers happy since they want them to return or send referrals. It was a simple promise…….seatcovers….. WTH…… HE’s worthless…. DON’T TRUST HIM Notice all the 5 star reviews had a better sales experience than I did. I’m so unhappy with this guy!! The last thing from me won’t be a referral!!!!!

This Dealer was amazing! I'm a Houston resident and they were able to work with me and hold the vehicle for a day so I had a chance to get to San Antonio due the the snow in Houston. FERMIN was my sales Rep and he was extremely professional and well presented. Most of the team members I saw were very well dressed in suits. I was in and out in a Hour and 15 minutes. I purchased a used vehicle no dealer ad-ons. They were able to give me an Out-The-Door price over the phone. No nonsense at financing either. PAINLESS purchase thanks to FRMIN and the rest of the team there.

The entire team working with me provided superior service and customer satisfaction. The lease deal on my new 2025 Santa Fe Limited is exactly what I requested. They were very fair and honest on my prior lease termination, plus gave me significant bonuses toward my new Santa Fe. Best experience of my life getting a car, and the 2025 Santa Fe Limited is a great SUV for seniors. Steve Garcia was my salesman and he provided world class customer support throughout the entire process. Patrick Stephens was my Sales manager and he followed up with me to make sure everything was done in an exceptional manner. It feels great to be treated like an "A Lister". The Red McCombs Hyundai dealership is the best car buying experience I have ever had!! 💯

Ana was a very patient sales person. She answered all my questions and never seemed to waiver with my many questions. She followed up on almost every concern. One minor issue persisted after I purchased my car but I was able to find a remedy on U Tube. The finance department was very competent & friendly.

BEWARE! Do not take your car here for service under any circumstances. Twice I have had to have the car towed back to them because they can't even change the oil without a problem. Both times within 200 miles of service by Red McCombs Hyundai Northwest my check engine light has come on, the car could barely be driven and when able to get to safety, found that the engine has no oil in it. A third time I drove away to find that they got something lodged in my air conditioning blower while they were working on it. I have only brought it to them 4 times total for an oil change and manufacturer recommended service and 3 of those I have had a significant problem.

Our salesman Valid was amazing. He was very patient with us . Not pushy at all and very understanding. We highly recommend him!! He made our decision pretty easy to purchase the 2025 Elantra N after coming to the dealership a third time. 2 things I didn't like ,1 was one of the finance guys. I don't appreciate it when someone interrupts me while talking and then talks over me. The other thing is that appearance package they make you buy. Which is pretty useless to us. Overall my son is happy with his car . So far so good!

This is a first class dealership! Every one at the service department was very nice, helpful and very professional. I was there for a tire that had a slow leak and they found it had a nail, removed it and was able to plug it at no charge! Great service!!

Dec 2024 Update. Still waiting on parts, asked multiple times about rental car reimbursement or loaner, told “I’ll ask my manager” and they never get back even though it’s “in my service contract”. I’m selling this car once it’s fixed and never buying Hyundai again solely because of the service experience. Oct 2024 Update-AC blower is out, cars been in for +30d and part still hasn’t arrived. Why has my brand new car had +4mo of sitting in the shop to fix transmission and now AC????? September 2022 Customer experience and customer service complaint. I have 2022 Sonata N-Line Night Edition. I have received exactly one phone call in nearly three weeks about why my brand new car (<10k miles one owner) is broken. I was unable to answer that call as I was out of the country. I have had to drive into the dealership 2 times now just to have someone give me a status on my car (what broke, eta for when the part is supposed to arrive) Now (again) I’ve got to take time off work, grab my kiddo, and head on back in again just to figure out the status on my new car. Every time I call (and to be honest I’ve stopped after the second time i got out through the delay song/dance), every single time it’s been “Your guy just went to lunch, or he’s out of the office call back in an hour”. I call back - no answer, VM. It’s absurd. I’m seriously considering never doing any business with Red McCombs again. I don’t think anyone should have to deal with this and am going to publicly recommend the same to my peers, friends and coworkers when it comes to avoiding working with Red McCombs. This is insane that the Service department is so poorly managed they can’t even answer the phone and help their customer out with basic info, estimated times of completion, or even WHAT THE HECK is wrong with your vehicle unless you drive in!
