I’m absolutely disappointed, waited for almost 4 hours here just for a new tire, he was doing everyone else who were arriving and just left mine sitting, never coming here again, waited from 3:20pm to 6:12pm, do better.

This is my first review ever and I promise it's worth it. Driving through Greensboro from South Carolina, the lantern lamp light on the dashboard came on I'm talking about 3a.m. The owner made the sacrifice of coming out for roadside assistance. He was so patient with us throughout the process as well. Service was top notch and I promised stopping by anytime and you should too!

Does not balance tires!!!! When Tires are not balanced they wear down faster and cause car to shake….

Doesn't have a balancing machine at all. Friendly staff but you have to have a balancing machine to install tires, period.

I came in to get a used tire only because my treads were worn out and was at a #4, nothing else was even wrong. I paid $40 only to get a tire with the same #4 trends on the tire with 48 PSI and tire was not balanced (all was done was basically switched name tire, not even a good one like I had Michelin Sport). I’m glad I ask to keep my own tire because they tried to get me to pay more money with better trends which I should had gotten at first, I refuse. I asked for an even trade or put my tire back own and give me my money back and put my old one back on. (I know too many people that work at used/new tires company that you never sell a tire that’s a #4 and not balanced). They did give me my money back and put my tire back on which was fine, but I never in my 20+ years ever had this problem. Please be careful, especially WOMEN. They get 1 star for putting my tired back on and refunded my money.

I loved how I was greeted immediately although he had other customers as well as the service I got when it was my turn. My tire is perfect and got put on in less than 5 minutes. I am very happy and satisfied. This is definitely the perfect place to get a tire in Greensboro.

They provide excellent customer service always going above an beyond for your needs with a reasonable price. I highly recommend. They replace two front tires with nearly brand new tires at less then half what brand new tires would cost.. if you are looking for an affordable option with quick efficient service go check them out. The guys there are fantastic.

They took my tire off, left my car with 3 tires on it for almost an hour. Finally when he came back I instantly said “that’s my tire.” Here it is a week later and the same tire is giving me problems confirming what I thought to be true. This is the same tire I started with and he really tried to convince me differently. I hate when I try to look for services within my community only to be played with.

This tire shop did I’m 30 minutes what no other tire shop could do or was charging me an arm and a leg for. So a previous tire shop Lost the locking key for my tire so I couldn’t get them off. This tire shop not only got the lock off he replaced the lug nuts and sold me used tires for an affordable price. I highly recommend red dot.

my tire had went flat at 5pm which is the worst timing ever cause most tires shops close at 5. i did some researching and found this place that stays open until 8! typically most tire shops do not have my tire size but red dot tire store did! he got me right and with the cheapest price i’ve ever paid since being in greensboro. thank you so much! will definitely be doing business here again
