Went to get an oil change a couple days ago and now my car is idling like crazy like there wasn't enough oil. Now I have to go buy some more oil and add it in myself. Been coming here for a while too and this is the first time it happened compared to the other times I've gotten an oil change.

Even though my car had a problem that stopped Tony from being able to smog my car I watched while he was under my hood checking things and I was impressed with the time in expertise to check with my car . With that alone I'll be back and this will be my go-to place because of Tony.

Saturday, 9/7 , 1:30 PM, I had an oil change appointment. John provided exceptional service; he was knowledgeable and skilled during the process. It was a pleasure to encounter Frances, another familiar face, who is also an excellent employee. However, the cashier's poor demeanor was less than welcoming, no smile , greetings which detracted from an otherwise perfect experience. The manager, Michael, was outstanding in his role.

I swear I can't leave enough positive reviews about red carpet quick lube and the people that work there. Every time I come in everyone is so nice. We chat, we joke and they take care of me. The whole team goes above and beyond to make sure my car leaves a million times better than it was when I pulled up. Wish I could shout out people by name but I'm literally the worst with names. But everyone working August 12 at around 12:30. You're literally my favorite people!! Thanks so much for all you do!

Not satisfied i will rate lower then one star if i can . The vehicle was not cleaned properly . The front , left side and alloy was not cleaned. They didn’t vacuum the boot after I specially told them . I had the platinum + service as per their menu everything included in that service . When i told to the Manager he also refused to me & he had an arrogant attitude . I paid 36.99 $ totally waste of money

After driving 50 miles into town from Visalia I discovered a stray kitten had hitched a ride inside my fender. In addition to the oil change and free car wash, they pulled out all stops to extract the kitten and find it a home with another customer. This will be my new oil change place as long as I happen to be in town when the oil change is due.

Furthermore, you will a COMPLEMENTARY hand car wash. No appointment needed and they don’t offer appointments either. It’s first come first served. The technician Tony goes for nearly half an hour for lunch. Call to verify his hours.

I got my oil changed here about 3 times because I liked the price. Car started having problems so I took it into my mechanic and found out that my Red carpet oil changes weren’t being done correctly and it had caused a lot of problems. Over $600 dollars worth of problems, because I wanted to save a few dollars on my oil changes. Not worth the risk.

I had a great experience. My oil change guy was Jacob and he was so nice to me and kept me smiling the whole time. I felt bad because it was so hot in there but he seemed to be happy the whole time. I definitely recommend having him change your oil. He’s great! Also the oil change was good too lol.

Stand up folks to the max! Had an issue with my recent oil change. After finding oil on my garage floor, it turned out my filter hadn’t been completely tightened. RCQL checked my car, tightened the filter and let my hubby see that the underside of my C6 Corvette engine was still all clean after that happened. They even gave him certificates to use on future visits. (!) Love your vehicle? Need a reasonably priced oil change? Want a free car wash, too?! Print out a coupon and get on over there!

Used to frequent here but just called for a simple quick question regarding something trivial and was hung up on. Highly unprofessional to do that because your phones ringing. I at least got an answer to a question I didn't ask by this happening, and that is, I know now where I won't be taking my business. Competition is plentiful.

Service is excellent but it’s tough for a new customer as there’s lack of guidance and no one really tells you what to do or expect but, as far as service goes I’d definitely recommend this place. They also put some screws for free which were missing from my vehicle.

The car washes aren’t free. That’s what they say. But unless you bring in a coupon your oil change and car wash can be from $53-$60 and if I go something where else my oil change is $45 and for a car wash $10...so are you really getting a free car wash...nope.
