My husband already left a review but I just wanted to share my experience. As a mom of 4, being without a vehicle for a long period of time can be very disruptive to our lifestyle. THANKFULLY, we didn’t have to worry about that with Reasonable Auto Repair. They had my car for less than 36 hours and we were back on the road again. I felt that the price we paid for the alternator replacement was very fair & the staff was friendly! I’m going to be honest… this was our first time using this repair shop and upon arrival I wasn’t really impressed with the shop location and size. I judged a book by a cover and I am ashamed that I did because the service we received was better than some of the bigger chains we are used to going to. We’re new to the area… but it’s safe to say we’re going to be using Reasonable again!! Thank you!!

We found ourselves in a bit of a pinch one morning where the alternator of our suburban went out, while driving on the highway, with a full load of kiddos in tow. Very scary for my wife. We are newer to the Belton/Raymore area so we hadn’t established any kind of connection with a local auto repair shop. We searched Google and called Reasonable. We explained our situation and they were very knowledgeable. They also set good expectations for How long it would take to get it looked at. Which was quicker than we expected (not always the case Of course but we were thankful). Later that day they identified the issue, gave us a very reasonable quote for repairs and had the suburban ready to go the next day! The professionalism and customer service was 10/10. We will definitely be using Reasonable Auto Repair again for future service needs!!

I will never go anywhere else if I need work done. Not only is he very honest, but i feel like his prices are honest as well. He communicates with everything, and always gets to my vehicle's in a timely manner.

Super friendly, fast, affordable and honest! They took care of my 2015 VW Jetta and my boyfriend’s 2006 Pontiac vibe. I wouldn’t take my car anywhere else now. I had taken my VW to three places and none of them could diagnose it except this shop. Another thing, I’m young and a female but know ‘enough’ about my car to communicate/fix minor issues and John actually listens and respects people when they talk or have ideas which I can’t say for many mechanics I’ve had!! Thank you! :) Update it’s been two years and this is still my go-to shop despite that I've moved 30 minutes away

John the Owner is an honest mechanic and does a great job. He never oversells or over charges. I have taken my cars here for a couple of years now.

Go to John at Reasonable Auto! I cannot say enough about the quality of service I have always received at Reasonable Auto. The work is fast and reliable. John and his staff are patient and understanding. And the prices, well it's in the name! Best prices. Most reasonable. They hold to that name! I only wish there were more mechanics like at Reasonable Auto. Go to John at Reasonable Auto!

John is DA MAN!! He is always SSOO nice and does his absolute best to get your car fixed right.He has ALWAYS been awesome to my family. Thats rare these days. Most places want to gouge deep down into you pocket. John and his guys are great at what they do. There is a reason the place is called REASONABLE AUTO!! THANKS JOHN!! Owning a car can be a huge headache, but having a reliable mechanic makes all the difference. John has been nothing but flexible, honest, and kind whenever I’ve had car trouble. I can’t recommend Reasonable Auto enough, especially for people like me who don’t know anything about cars and need a professional they can trust! 10/10

Found ourselves in a pickle whereupon our RV alternator belt tensioner broke and fortunately this happened minutes from a myriad of repair shops. These guys were accommodating and took us in right away which was much appreciated given our circumstances. As its an 1987 Toyota, finding a replacement part couldn’t happen but fellow said it could be welded which he got done in a few hours. Unfortunately, after paying $300 ($405 Cdn) for the repair plus a $25 tip and driving a couple of hours we had another breakdown and the weld did not hold. Contacted them and all they said was alternator was reading full charge on completion. This is the unfortunates of repairs on the road as you can’t go back to have redress for a job that didn’t take. Hubby ended up jamming a piece of wood in the space to hold the belt on and with this temp fix we were able to complete the final leg of our destination and the full trip home as well. Should have just tried this in the first place. The shop is a typical mechanic shop and not the goochie shops you find these days. Fellows were nice and personable but disappointed as when we raised the weld option there was no feedback that it would be iffy if the weld would hold or not so we are out of pocket $400 and will have to pay for a second repair. Not happy about this as fellow said the repair looked good and would hold.

I don’t know how he still puts up with my vehicles but he always does a great job!!!!!! Quick, trustworthy, & most of all honest! Really don’t ever want to have to find a new mechanic!!!

I’ve taken my vehicle in twice (once was today to have my AC recharged) Not to sound cliche’, but, they are fast, friendly and of course, reasonably priced. They were half of what another local auto repair company quoted me. - I recommend this place and of course, I’ll continue giving them my business.

Took my ram in because it was pulling a multiple misfire code. His prices were very fair, and his communication was wonderful. I didnt feel like he was trying to scam me just because im a woman, as ive found a lot of places do. He updated me on everything, which I appreciated. Dropped my truck off at 8am, he had it done by 1ish. It's been several days and I'm no longer seeing any issues with my truck, it's running better than it has in about a year. Will continue to take my vehicles here if I have any issues.

Great shop, my girlfriend has been going there for years. Took her vehicle in for a coolant leak causing it not to heat. They were quick, friendly, and professional. I understand her loyalty and highly recommend them to anyone in the area.

I could not recommend more! I generally like to work on my own vehicles. I recently was replacing my coolant temperature sensor and tightened one turn too tight and broke the sensor off in engine. I didn’t want to risk extracting it. Heard about John at Reasonable from my nephew he got me in same day. He got the broken sensor out and new one in at a very “Reasonable” rate! Thanks John!

These guys are awesome... Got my vehicle running tip top and already diagnosed the issue based on symptoms (over the phone) prior to coming in. They replaced the thermostat.
