Andy is one of the most considerate and professional mechanics I've ever worked with. I had my car stolen and recovered while I was across the country. Andy was extremely tolerant and supportive while I navigated the uncertainty and negotiation with my insurance agent. I truly cannot express how helpful he was. He is located near the impound lot and I doubt you'd find anything more convenient. You won't regret working with Andy, I promise

Great place, great customer service and great quality of work done here. Had a fender bender on my 2000 E39 M5. Andy and team repaired it and looked like nothing ever happened. Will be taking my vehicles here if I need body work/paint here. I highly recommend this place.

Andy and his team did a FANTASTIC JOB on fixing the dent on my BMW and went above and beyond!! Came to pick up my car today and the car was polished. I love it!!! On top of that, they also cleaned my car inside and out, making it feel like a brand new one. Really great customer service and communication over email & phone. I also appreciate that they were able to work around my schedules. Highly recommend this place to do any repair you may have. Thank you so much Andy and team for everything!! :)

I was a in a hit and run a couple of months ago and decided to bring my car here to get worked on and couldn’t have made a better decision. Flawless bodywork and excellent customer service. Andy really goes above and beyond. He handled all of the communication with the at-fault party’s insurance company to get the repairs paid for (more than triple what they originally offered me), made me a reservation for a rental car, and offered to get me an uber. He even cleaned the interior of my car and trunk including the dog hair stuck in the seats, dog slobber on the window, and bits of old glass from smash and grab incidents (no easy task!). Realtime Collision Repair is definitely the place to go!

I am soo impressed by the work done on my car! My trunk door got crushed / bent out of place and would no longer close. Andy and his team did an amazing job painting and replacing the entire trunk door and my car looks like brand new! They even fixed unrelated scratches, my hanging license plate, and washed / detailed my car which I seriously appreciate. Andy was extremely communicative and transparent about everything and I felt like the pricing was very reasonable. I would highly recommend realtime collision for any body repair work.

Where do I begin.. because I have had a very attentive, thorough, and supportive experience working with Andy and everyone at RealTime Collision. I have genuinely appreciated his work, and who he is as a business man and person in general! I have had an array of unfortunate events take place with my vehicle, and each and every time I did business with Andy he took care of me from start to finish. Andy is not just a skilled mechanic, but he is a genuine and honest person who I appreciated communicating with. I never felt like I was in the dark about any details. Andy has strong communication and care around the work that needs to be full-filled. The men who work at the shop also do an amazing job of being prompt, and in my experiences I’ve been blessed with the work being done sooner. Each time work was done to my vehicle things were done correctly and were made brand new. I recently had my car repaired by Andy, and I couldn't be happier with the service I received. The quality of the work was outstanding. The repaired area looked as good as new. I received a very assurance welcomed when I came to the 'Real Time Collison Repair". I was shaking when I got a hit and run incident. My front bumper was broken with other pieces with it. The customer service is over the top. Then the repair services are very professional. Every repairs has done very well. My experience with RealTime Collision was amazing! Andy really possesses great customer service skills and throughout the process if repairing my car he would call me with updates. I truly value the continuation if constant communication especially in a time where people forget about following up with clients. I met Andy after my car accident. He's is the kindest person I've met in a very long time. His honest spirit made me feel comfortable with what he had to do to repair my vehicle that other body shops said was totalled. He repaired it in less than a month and it looks like a brand new car.
