Just had our 2004 Escalade's transmission totally rebuilt. Very professional shop. Nice turn around time. Very reasonable cost. Owner and staff are awesome. Will definitely recommend to anyone needing transmission work.

Good guys here at RB. Roy will do what he can to try to help someone. He has a good crew and is always busy. They have helped me in a jam more than once. The only reason I didn't give 5 stars is because they are usually busy and can be 1-2 weeks sometimes before being able to get your vehicle in. Great for them but sometimes frustrating for you, if you have an emergency. If not, definitely worth the wait!

Replaced my transmission with them to then have a leak after. I took it back four times and they continued to say there was no leak. I took it to be replaced elsewhere.

Super unprofessional. If you’re going to do business be honest with yourself and the customer. Don’t degrade the customer or their car. I will spread awareness of the service I recieved with friends who will need transmission work done in the spring time. I wish I caught the man’s name. Older male in late 50s was AWFUL.!

This place is amazing, I have a 1997 mazda truck, and I needed a clutch replaced. I brought it in on Wednesday by noon Friday, and my truck was ready .I would suggest this place for any vehicle to be repaired by Rob and Crew. They are honest tell you what you need .I will definitely bring my other vehicles there for any repairs in the future

Diagnosed and quoted a fix for my Subaru. Was very up front with the diagnosis and price range of repair. Service was completed quickly and final price fell very close the median quoted price. Would definitely recommend. Car is shifting like brand new!

This guy came highly recommended by serveral people I know..and it's justified. This guy is rock solid. Very reasonable price wise..and most importantly. Honest. Very hard to find a mechanic you can trust, let alone a trans mechanic. This is one you should use..this guy's awesome..

I brought my car down to get a control arm put on. I brought it several days earlier and suggested they order part. Owner said they didn't need to. The day of service I dropped it off at 7:00 a.m. and the owner called and said he didn't touch my car because he couldn't find part anywhere s. . I was without my car all day for nothing. When I got there my car was moved even though he told me he didn't go near it and when I mentioned this he told me the exact opposite of what he told me an hour earlier and said he had it in the shop but couldn't find part. I wonder why he told me two opposing versions. My car is an old muslcecar and wonder why it was driven when no work was done on it. I got a sense of dishonesty as anyone would when told two different things by same person. Some may have had a good experience but I did not.

I took my car for a transmission fluid change and my car came out acting up when it was fine and they don't care about it they checked it n said nothing was wrong but my car wouldn't drive after they dis the fluid change. They don't call back to find out if they can help just no good

Just recently had a transmission put in,This was my first time going here and they will always have my business,Roy was awesome and Eric was the most polite person ever,even if I missed them when calling,I always got a call back. Very professional and helpful to everything I needed and then some,also brought a friend in with me and he was very impressed with my service as well.

These folks did a transmission flush when I first got my used car. Perfect. Now I had a noise that was driving me crazy and I thought it may be something serious. Eric took the time to go for a drive to hear it for himself. Then I brought the car in for him to check it and do an oil change. The oil change was done quickly and efficiently and very, very reasonable price. They checked the car and found a vibration that only needed the heat shield to be removed. Noise gone. No charge. So honest! Thank you so much for wonderful service. Yes, I will be back.
