I brought my 2013 Subaru Impreza with 120k miles in for steering column issues, and Jeff and his team did an outstanding job. They quickly addressed the problem and also took care of other maintenance, leaving my car running like new! Jeff clearly explained which services were urgent and which ones could wait, making the whole process easy to understand. Their prices were fair, and the quality of work was excellent. Highly recommend!

I am always happy with the service I receive at RB automotive. They are quick to diagnose when possible and never pushy on the optional items. They explain very well on what the issues are and how they would fix them. I will definitely be returning.

Continued very high satisfaction. Great team, quality work, OEM parts, competitive rates, flexible scheduling. Also, clear explanations of the services needed, and services not necessary at this time, and/or can be delayed to a future visit. And usually a loaner vehicle while service is in process.

Oil changes are always a must here, they beat all local prices on that. Customer service is amazing, very straightforward about what need to be don’t on your vehicle but not over pushing when you say no to things. I’ll be using them in the future.

I purchased a used car on Feb 26th and did a search online to find a reputable, highly rated Auto Shop for a pre-inspection before I pulled the trigger, I needed to make sure everything was up to spec. I came across RB Automotive which had very high marks, and was a good meeting halfway point for me the buyer, and the seller. I spoke with Jeff the owner who was very professional, and was able to quickly schedule an appointment. The vehicle was thoroughly checked out, fluid levels , suspension, brakes the whole shabang. Jeff is a very straightforward, to the point person. Told me what I should know as far as future maintenance, without being overly pushy. Jeff and his team are so attentive and honest with their work! I highly recommend bringing your vehicle in to their shop! Jeff will even send a text or email a few days later to ensure that your car is still running smoothly and nothing feels off or worse while driving. Such an amazing team!

Never had a bad experience at RB Automotive! They know me and show appreciation for my business; service is convenient, prompt and at a fair price. After reviewing my air conditioning was not functioning properly they didn't "patch it up" but, realizing that the problem could still be under warranty, RB Automotive referred me to a local Cadillac dealership........saved me $3,000!
