Ray sold me a 1987 Monte Carlo SS about 10/11 years ago. Nice guy, I drove to his shop from Garfield Heights ohio to pick it up. Let me tell you that the car is wonderful, and I still have it to this day. I've never had the opportunity to thank Ray until I remembered the name of his shop. THANKS RAY!!

I was told by 3 shops it was my transmission…. My Son Father sent me over to Ray. He said it’s not no transmission. It was my spark plugs. Two of them have burned out.

Love these guys, never any issues with work on Jaguar and Ford Explorer. They are just like family now, always patient and takes time to explain repairs or recommendations. UPDATE... 12/03/24, In my opinion, still the best place in town to have vehicles serviced or repaired. They faithfully and reasonably price service my Jaguar, BMW and Mercedes Benze. Whenever I have any work that won't void my dealership warranty, they ALWAYS accommodate my daughter, friends, family and myself. Keep up the great work, Greatly appreciated. I was screwed over by another mechanic shop that destroyed my car, so I was very nervous about having to go trust another stranger with my SUV. I was referred to Rays shop every time I go there weather it’s something small or bigger they always are so friendly, welcoming, great prices and they explain exactly what’s wrong and what they’re doing as a woman I always feel confident going in there because I know I’m not going to be screwed over. Eddie and his dad are the best and their longevity in the business says a lot. I would definitely recommend this place. 🚘 🛻

Worst place to take your car. They lied about my muffler. My car was louder than when I came. Never again!!!!!! Updated 1/18/24 In response to you, I came on a Friday and told you I had a exhaust leak or need a muffler. You said all i needed w as a straight pipe because the resonator pipe was rusting, I then said, I'll be back on that Monday morning at 9:00 a.m. You (Ray) was late, and your son did the work on it. I asked you about an exhaust leak. You said all I needed was a straight pipe. I then asked you what about the Muffler? You said it's the Pipe leading up to the muffler.(Rasonator)Then when your son changed the pipe, he then said the muffler had a hole in it. So I asked why you didn't tell me that when you replaced the pipe? Your son said then it will be another $160.00 to replace that muffler. I asked why you didn't tell me that when I spent the $80.00 on a straight pipe? It was definitely at Ray's Repair on Grandriver.But it's okay, I recorded him working on the Honda. Oh you remember I'm sure! The uniform guy came in to pick up your used uniforms as well as other conversation with other client's I had while I was there!
