Josh was awesome. He diagnosed a small tick I had in the cabin of my Camaro. Quick and easy if I have any further complication with my cars I’ll for now on take it to RAYCO. Great service

Rayco Automotive and Josh were very helpful diagnosing my engine problem,and getting my car to the dealership. I'm from out of town and they were easy to get ahold of on the phone, and even spoke to my local mechanic who I trust that I've used for the last 15 years and went over the problems with him. Thanks for your help this last weekend. The roadside company associated with Rayco was also helpful at 0500 on a Sunday morning.

I am absolutely livid about the service, rather lack thereof, we're receiving at Rayco right now. We've been stranded since Saturday, today is Thursday. We're from out of state. Van broke down Saturday, we used AAA to get a tow. We chose Rayco because they were listed as OPEN and a PREFERRED mechanic on AAA. We're towed there, someone is in the office to accept the vehicle but says they're not open until Monday. Monday we call, they say they were about to call us because the van won't start. Uh hello, that's why we brought it to you. They ask us to provide a diagnosis. We give them all the information we have. They then run the codes and find that 2 sensors need replacing. Told that the parts will be there the next morning. Next day, we again have to call because noone calls us back ever, and hear that the parts aren't in yet. The next day (Wednesday) we have a friend call because he's a man and maybe they will tell a man more than they're telling us. Finds out they replaced the sensors but the van still isn't starting. Would've been great to receive communication about this!!! We call and give the ok for diagnostic work. Now it's Thursday 2pm. Friend calls at 11:40. No answer, leaves a VM. Calls again at 1, is told the tech is on lunch and they'll call us in 30-40 minutes. We call AAA to excalate the situation withe them. We don't receive a call and call them at 1:45. Same answer, tech is on lunch. We say no, that was your answer last time. Manager tried calling tech, no answer. Manager says he'll go do the compression test. We ask, has it not been done yet? He says it has but he "doesn't go into the techs toolboxes" WTH kind of answer is that? Where's the documentation? Manager reiterated that he will go do the test and call us back in an hour. That's where we're at. Weve told them multiple times we're stranded and just need to know whether they can work on it or not. Manager man, you have 30 more minutes in your hour. This feels like we're being treated as a joke and noone is taking us seriously. Absolutely unacceptable.

Truck was towed to this facility by my towing insurance company. After a week my truck was “repaired”. Promptly broke down again 60 miles later. Towed to another shop as I lacked all faith in this shop.

The entire staff at Rayco were very polite and the mechanic laid out all my options. I ultimately did not have the repairs done but definitely would have had I had the funds. They even let me leave my car there while I made arrangements to have it towed to a family members home. Very food experience!

Jake suggested I bring my suv to rayco instead of the dealership. They had my suv for about two weeks. I would call I couldn't get a hold of anyone. When I did get a hold of someone about the work on my vehicle , they would tell me they would call me but never did . They said they were waiting on a part to fix it. Three days passed and I called them because they never called me. Told me it was ready. Charged 950.70 dollars for parts n labor, quite honeslty at that point i just wanted my car back.....as soon as I drove off the car wasn't working. I managed to get my car home and called my brother who owns a car lot , his mechanic told me it still had the original pcm. Which is what they supposedly replaced. They just reset the car and gave it back to me and scammed me...So beware don't bring your car here !!!!!

Communication was mostly punctual with some blips. Overall, they seem to have got the job done. Will need my brake lines rebled as they gave the car to me with mushy brakes. Haven’t made the time to come in and get that done yet with a busy schedule, will update review after it’s done.

Adam was amazing! Very helpful and professional. Anytime I come by he is always helpful and has a positive attitude. He answers the phone quickly and gives very direct and positive answers yo my questions. Give this man a raise!

I was quoted $50 for diagnostics by Adam on the 2nd of February. When I called to get the status they said it would be $75 and that they could not account for the quote I previously received. I would suggest not working with these people. If they are going to be duplicitous for a mere $25 dollars, how likely are they going to be honest when it comes to quoting major repairs.

Our truck had a air leak from somewhere and they looked at it right quick. See the problem was a twist of a nob and that was it no charge. Most places would of lied and charge you

This company does NOT like or help US Veterans. The owner lives in Turkey and the business is not even registered with the Better business bureau. My compressor went out on my car and has not properly been fixed. I had to take my car back to this shop 4 times and the work still isn’t fixed on top of that the Manager “Adam” is very unprofessional and does not take his job serious. The first time my car was there for three days and Adam never called my warranty company to set me up with a loner which is on my warranty contract. He installed a faulty compressor and I had to take my vehicle back and specified that I needed a loner because I have kids that need to go to daycare and job I needed to be at. Adam never called for a loner again. he actually never called me to let me know he did not get a loner and I had to call in to work because Adam does not communicate at all. I then proceeded to ask him for a manager or owner that I can contact. He simply said “I am the manager if you have issues you can take it up with me” I continued to ask for the owners number and he initially refused to give that to me. Then he gave me a number that doesn’t even work. The following day after I didn’t get to go to work he calls around 5 and says my car is ready. I go to pick it up and my A/C is still not working properly. I don’t have time to take off and I have children to take care of. I tried calling him today and he didn’t answer my call. This is very unprofessional and an inconvenience to me and my family and Adam has NO regard my family or our well being. I asked him why he didn’t at least call me to let me know he couldn’t get a loner for me and he simply shrugged his shoulders and said “ I don’t know”. Again very unprofessional young man. Horrible business manager who thinks nothing about his clients.
