I do not recommend this workshop for a very bad Honda, especially a mechanic. I took my car for inspection due to a steering problem and I decided not to fix it and only pay for the inspection because the estimate they gave me was a bit expensive for me and I decided not to fix it. I sent a tow truck for my car and when it got there, the house wouldn't start. I decided to check my car and I had problems with the gear lever and they don't know why it doesn't turn on. Bad experience since the car is the only family car, don't go… 👎👎👎👎👎

i got my alternator changed and an oil change for my 2015 honda civic so i can drive to california. the price was good, but my alternator was no good. it's frustrating because it's the second alternator that I got put in that's bad... I know it's hard finding an alternator that works but you couldn't do some voltmeter tests to make sure it was putting out 14.5 v ? it was sitting at 11.8-13.8 v with the battery being brand new. I had to go to another mechanic while I was in California and have them take it back to Napa and replace it. I don't wanna leave one star because they were nice and fast and professional but please run tests on your alternators!! I would have appreciated it :(

Showed up on time for my appointment. Which I had to wait 5 days to schedule. They told me they were backed up and I would have to wait. I asked how long? They said maybe a few hours. I said, I have an appointment at 8:30, why didn't you call me...NO ANSWER.... GOODBYE A--HOLE

Visiting from out of town and had an issue with my truck. They took a look at it right away and had me back on the road in less than an hour at an unbelievably reasonable price. Friendly staff and awesome customer service. Highly recommend to anyone needing service! Thank you!

I had a noise coming from the drive shaft on my motorhome. It sounded like a u-joint going bad. It was the debris shield on the center carrier bearing rubbing at times. They put a little more clearance in the shield and fixed the problem. Most shops would have said, "Oh my God! All 4 u-joints are bad, and they MUST be replaced." These guys are honest and trustworthy. I won't be taking my "fleet" of 3 vehicles anywhere else.

I believe I've found an extinct species. This place has great customer service, more than reasonable prices, quality work and they go beyond the norm to make sure the customer is satisfied. I will be telling all of my friends and acquaintances, as well as bringing my RV here for everything that needs fixing.

First time using Ray Scott's and won't be the last. Needed brake repair on my truck. Stellar customer service! They communicated well regarding what was needed and cost. Work was completed on time. Price for my repair was much less than I expected based on similar repairs I've had elsewhere.

This place is intentional about taking care of you. Great customer service and the prices will be lower than any other shop, that's pretty much guaranteed. My radiator began to leak again after I replaced it. I brought it back and they replaced it for free.They didn't even charge me labor. I don't use mechanic shops very much but this is one I definitely will be returning to. Love this place. It's what business les should look like.

. It took a week to get it in to get looked at. I dropped the car off thinking they would have it for a week. He called me a few hours later saying it's done. Very fast for the axel replacement and fair price.

Been taking our vehicles here for years. Service has always been great. Keeps us Informed on what is going on with our vehicle and up front with the prices before any work. They have even found stuff under warranty that we didn't know about, saving us some money. Place is always busy so best to call ahead to discuss when it would be best to drop off. I do recommend this place for pretty much all your car care needs.

Wow, can’t say enough times how great of service I’ve had here. I’ve taken my old van in multiple times with a list and always gotten a great result at a great value. I’ve had my transmission replaced, entire a/c system, power steering pumps, water pumps, and everything else. I 100% recommend this place to everyone I know, you can’t beat the family owned small business!
