I can’t say enough good things about Ray Auto Services! The customer service here is outstanding—everyone is kind, professional, and truly reliable. Before few day i have problem with my car...the brakes caliper bolt was stuck and i have oil leak from lower engine area.This guys was able to fix the problem.Very good job performance.This is my second time used their service.Good job at affordable cost.Cannot complain because theay know what their doing.Thanks guys . Recommended to everyone.They will take care about your car.

Came in for oil change, they did it quickly for me. Also had them do a once over on my truck, said everything looked good. I had and engine code, they diagnosed it at O2 sensor in bay 2. Instead of charging me top down, they said start with lowest cost first and work your way up to solve the problem. Other shops would have charged the highest first to get the top dollar. These guys are the most honest mechanic shop I've seen. I will keep coming back here. Great pricing, honest folks, great quality of work. 5☆ easily

Horrible service I went and got my ac compressor rack and pinion and power steering pump and they are still leaking severely rack and pinion still leaking and ac compressor is not working I did a claim under my warranty and its been 7 months taking my car back and forth to them because of warranty parts and labor I took my vehicle back last Thursday and they close and locked all the doors I was waiting out side for 5 in a half hours just so my vehicle to still have the same problems what a scam unprofessional and your vehicle will come out worse and the same problems you came with I do not recommend there service horrible experience

I am so happy that a friend of mine referred me to Rays' Auto Service. The Audi dealer in Henderson wanted to charge me nearly $1200 for brake pads and an oil change, and I'm sure they world have probably found all sorts of other things to charge for. Ray inspected the car, pointed what needed to be replaced, and gave me an estimate of the cost which was a lot more reasonable than the dealer. I think he provides honest and timely service at an affordable price. I highly recommend his service!

I’ve taken my older Corolla here twice now! Both times I’ve had really great experiences. Any work that was done was explained to me And I was also shown the work that was done. And Any old parts coming out of my car was always shown to me and explained. I always have bad anxiety when it comes to my Car due to being uneducated about cars and how costly it could be. I never felt Taken advantage of and I feel they were always honest and given my car great service at a reasonably cost! Customer service is always great! I will definitely trust them with my car for any future services. Thank you to everyone at rays auto! I appreciate you guys.

Took my Lexus RC from San Franc to Vegas for maintenance while on trip. I didn’t know my car could potentially cause fire, thankfully he spotted it. Prices are affordable and customer service is flawless !!!

I just found my new mechanic! I had such a great experience with Ray’s Auto. When I called to get a quote, Andy was super helpful with getting me the price. When I went in for my appointment, Vanya (not sure if I spelled it correctly) was super friendly and Ray got to work immediately. I was in and out quick. I will be going to them for my repairs a long as I’m in Vegas.

Came and “fixed” my coolant leak I had and spent 500 to fix the problem and after a month it went right back to the same problem tried to go back based off there hours online but they said they are closed because they were open on Sunday but it’s Wednesday….not the best experience with rays auto

I took my car in today because my car has had the same issue for some time. I took it to two different shops and they were not able to come up with what the issue was nor fix it, Ray was able to locate the issue and fix my car. I feel so relived and happy, Thank you so much to Ray and team, customer service was 5 stars for sure!

Price to work is reasonable and affordable given this is Vegas. No "upcharges" or added fee's for "needed work" These guys are SOLID. I came in with a 2014 Dodge Durango that was shifting erratically on a Sunday. Believing I was low fluid, they took the car in and said parts will be in tomorrow. I drove home then came back following day. They said they drove it and it shifted perfectly. Most shops would stop there. Not Rays...they wanted to do ONE MORE inspection, just in case. Good thing too, they notice the feed/return lines to the transmission were leaking. And pointed it out to show me. They said the new parts would take a day to come in (special order), however i said that time was limited and I couldn't wait another day. They understood, inspected the lines further and fixed it on the spot...they did not have to replace the lines. They noticed that the rings was shot and the stabilizing bracket was missing. So instead of insisting new lines, they replaced the o-ring and created a stabilizing bracket to make sure the lines don't move/vibrate while I drive. *****They did NOT add charges for repairing and stabilizing the lines.***** After the final inspection. No leaks were found. Overall I'm beyond happy with the service and attention to detail and customer satisfaction this shop gives. If I have another issue. This will be my go-to shop in Vegas. I would recommend this shop to anyone.

This place is awesome! Extremely knowledgeable and very honest. Also such NICE people. They immediately diagnosed my car, ordered the parts and had it fixed….all within a few hours. I’m so happy I found a new shop for all my Volkswagen service and repairs. Thank you ***UPDATE*** This place is still one of the best auto shops in Las Vegas. Received great and lightning fast service again today. Ray and Andy are awesome! Everyone I’ve recommended this place to has received the same exceptional service!! I’m so thankful for them and the hard work they do.

I highly, highly recommend Ray’s Auto!! Took my Porsche Panamera here to replace brakes, after only taking it to Porsche since I’ve gotten the car. Wow. Not only did Ray’s provide the same quality of service I am used to receiving at Porsche, but they saved me an abundance of money! I am talking a few thousand dollars here! I paid about 1/3 of what Porsche wanted to charge for just front brakes to get all four replaced!! I was referred here by a friend who promised I would not be disappointed by Ray’s and they sure did deliver!! Amazing quality work, beyond reasonable pricing, and every person I dealt with here was extremely nice! It’s a breath of fresh air to walk into a business and just tell everyone there loves what they do! I will most definitely return in the future for any work needed and suggest if you are in need of any auto repairs and/or maintenance and want an honest, reliable, fairly priced, top notch job to take it to Ray’s, as my friend told me, you will NOT be disappointed!!!

On my way to Utah coming from California my brake caliper bolt fell off, after searching around the many mechanic shops I found rays. He got me in and out in less than hour and back on the road. He was quick and very hospitable with a fair price, something I was a bit worried coming in. All and all if your in town and need a quick clean fix rays is the place to go. God forbid something else pops up but if I’m in town I know where to go. Thanks ray for a great job!

We went to Las Vegas to see family for the weekend and our car started to have issues regarding our alternator as it was weak charging. Ray and Andy were one of the best and most professional mechanics we have met. Not only they just did repaired our issue with our car's alternator, they went up and beyond into solving it. They were also very generous and hospitable and even offered us water and soda since it was over 110 degree heat to keep us customers cool. You don't meet these guys anywhere else. I will be definitely recommending them to my friends and family here in the Las Vegas area.

Ray was there in our moment of need (air compressor out & 107 degrees in Vegas on a Sunday). Not only is Ray a quality mechanic & businessman, he is honest, kind & accommodated the wife running the vehicle for the scheduled appointment for the following morning. He made sure the parts were accessed in a timely fashion, prioritized the work to help me get it done in a shorter time period than anticipated. Ray and each member of his staff were thoughtful, straightforward & hospitable to this very overheated woman. We found a trusted mechanic shop in LV and will be returning!!!
