Recently went up here to get new rims on my vehicle. Everything was good until I realize I really did not like the rims and on top of that I was changing my vehicle for a truck so I brought back the rims to get my standard rims back and one of the employees Scratched the hell out of my rims. Then they tried to tell me that it was like that, and nobody had messed it up when it’s been with them since the day that I changed out the rims wouldn’t recommend getting stuff done here

While my intials impressions were let down the manager made it right. Maggie was a delight to work with And the gentleman in the finance did a great job in installing my new tires. Apparently he was the back-up tire guy. All on New Year’s Eve an hr before closing. They got me all set up in time for the new year

I like the wheels and tires I got. But when I got them installed, they had to write the contract up three different times because it was more than they told me to begin with. When I left, the tire weights were making contact with the brake caliper until it finally threw the weights leaving the front tire not balanced and had a lot of vibration. Two weeks in a row I was contacted to say I was late on my payment. I set up auto pay in the beginning. Tire sensors didn’t sync as I was told they would. Finally made an appointment to take off work and come and get the sensors fixed and the tire rebalanced. Was told I had to wait until they finished the car they had in the bay. I waited for over an hour watching the mechanic cut up and talk with guys in the shop. After about an hour and 10 minutes, another guy pulled up and I watched the mechanic stop what he was doing and come out and sync that gentleman’s tire sensors for him. I then tried to get someone to talk to me about why I am being expected to wait so long and they all disappeared to the back. Finally gave up and left. Wish I’d never bought from this place. Will not go back.

I wanted to give my props to Mr Pete and staff for being so attentive and nice. They answered all questions helped me right away and showed me what I was looking for and also put my wheels on tires so fast I was able to make it to my doctors appointment they were very efficient. Thanks to my wife for choosing this place to come to for my wheels and tires.

Came in from having a near miss on the Highway cracked two rims . Not only fair price but Pete and Andy made sure I had the wheels & tires I needed next day . Fast efficient service need more shops like this . Thank you Andy & Pete

Andy was very friendly and helpful in helping me get what my son wanted for his truck. He always stayed in contact with me letting me know what was going on and explaining things I had questions about. I enjoyed working with him and Amanda. Both were very helpful and had made us feel comfortable about our decision to continue working with them. I definitely recommend going to them for your tire needs. Thanks guys!!

I had repeated issues with this store after being where I was going to get my tires . It's so sad that these people don't take care of their loyal customers . They were supposed to order my tires for the next day , I didn't get them till a week after. Then, when I took my vehicle for tires to be instald . They broke one of my studs, and I did find out until I had to get my inspection and failed cause of that. Went back and told them, and the manager said it was not their fault. It probably broke by itself . It's a new truck for good sake. He could off said some better than that.

If I could give no star I so would !!! Rent a Tire is not your friend or here to help you!!! Helped by Pete (no help ) They’re here to scam you and high rob you!!! I went in needing help with a tire trying to buy a whole new set for grand total $2,000. Not knowing much about tires and in need of help they took advantage of me. Giving me the VIP plan but was no where near feeling like VIP . 4 fresh tires off the lot 2 days later I get a flat and they are no help called me like I was the problem. With no insurance or or help from rent a tire. I would have to pay for a whole new tire !! Accident happened and you’re going to need help with your tires but rent a tire will not help you !! Don’t spend your money, business, or time with these ppl RENT A TIRE DO BETTTER !! READ READ READ READ READ YOUR CONTRACT

This place worked wonders for me I was in a bad place with a lot of situations and when I say they helped me get through it financially and personally they did just that could’ve went wrong in a lot of ways but they helped me very professional and they work with you really great deals and great merchandise…. This place sold me a tire that was supposed to be new and charged me the price of a new one . After I picked it up since I was in a rush all I checked was if it was the right size didn't bother to look if it was new or not since I was told it was new. After finding out it was used they told me they couldn't give it to me for the price of a used one because it was sold as new. Bad business
