I forgot to get the assistant managers name, but he went out of his way to lend a hand in changing my tire, and he even handed me a tool to make the job easier. If this is the kind of leadership that is part of this buisness than its 5 stars all the way. Thank you again!

Don’t even waste your time and go here worst customer service ever they gave me everything incorrectly there is supposed to sell me the package that came with getting the tires alignment at Pep Boys, but they didn’t give it to me. They gave me the wrong package.
