I came in to Raw wheels and tires looking for a set of tires, and they were really helpful. I had received great excellent customer service, I would highly recommend this place. They help and get things done on the same day. No need to make extra time to come back another day. Great work!!

Great customer service from the moment we walked in. Jay was very knowledgable and personnel with a very positive upbeat personality. He explained everything in detail where we understood the contract clearly. The labor work was quick, we were able to leave that same day with our new merch and completely satisfied. Will definitely be going back with our other vehicle.

So long story short my mom called around town for a tire place that could assist me in a timely manner. I arrived at RAW tired and was assisted by CAS. He was very helpful with the explanation of everything and how the process went. He answered every question me and my mom had regarding the tires and how the payments work. I arrived an hour before the place was closing and got the paper work and my tires done just in time for closing. I recommend anyone in the Houston area to get your tires done here. You even get a goodie bag with supplies for your tires and car. Tell him Ryen Sent You:)

I'm very happy with this place and the guys were very friendly and professional,I had new tires put in,and few weeks later,one of the tires had a nail,they patched it,but at the end the put a new tire..see y'all soon guys good job "110per"...

Called on Thursday talked to Ashely and she was such a great help. Explained the terms and how the pay off works. Was looking for tires to head out of town really quick and she had everything Taking care of over the phone. Walking in on Friday and Henry was there to take care of everything. Great place and would recommend great selection and if not in stick they will get it ordered.

If you want knowledgeable people and great customer service this is the place to go. I ordered my rims and got daily updates as to when they were coming in so I could know ahead of time. The people at the counter are super helpful and they have a great variety of nice rims and tires to chose from. I guarantee you won’t be disappointed with your experience here. Don’t let the small place fool you cause it was a great overall experience. I would recommend this place to anyone.

Had my car towed here with a flat, after speaking with the manager on the phone. At first I got a text saying I was pre-approved and no down payment was required. Once I got to the store with my car, I was told they won’t finance only one wheel and one rim; I’d have to get a full set. I was told I could either pay $20 to get me to the end of the week or pay more. When I told them I was told I didn’t have to make a payment, all they did was tell me their messages are misleading unfortunately. Wasted time, money, and was completely stressed out having to get towed back home to figure out another plan. Update: They said in their response there was no misleading messages, but that’s a flat out lie, or they are misinformed. Literally got a text from the same number I called and it said I was pre-approved and no payment was needed. That is indeed misleading!

I am extremely satisfied with the customer service and treatment I received while on my rim and tire haunt. Cobe, Henry, Stephanie and RAY were fantastic. They helped me pick out the perfect set for my truck with no hassle or attitude. They treated me like a person rather than just another dollar walking through the door.

Jay was awesome he did everything he could to get me new tires and rims! They work with you to figure out what you can afford and do their best to get you what you want and can afford! Colby was great as well very polite! Now Stephanie the paperwork lady was great very knowledgeable at her job and took the time to make sure I had all the answers I needed! Definitely recomed this location!
