Terrible experience here, they sold me used rims and promised they would swap them out for new ones which never happened. Terrible customer service and rude managers. Stay away from this place they steal your money and over price everything

Everything is good, just call them before your last payment, because of you don’t call them they set you account into long terms and make you pay more

If I could give a zero I would. My husband return the tires because his getting deployed soon and I couldn’t pay for them because I don’t have his bank information. Well first the where rude to us. Parked the car where someone could hit it. Then put over the psi in the tires. So my husband lets it out and then come to find out the put the tires on wrong the inside was facing out. Y’all need to learn to do your damn job or find somewhere else to work

Before heading out to their location I called them to ask questions about a specific brand and tire size for my truck since one of my tires was starting to show the metal wires. The person whom answered my call was very professional with our conversation and was able to help me out with what I was looking for. He was helpful enough in giving me other options of tires as well. When I arrived to their establishment everyone there were very friendly and welcoming. I was able to get the help from the same person I spoke with on the phone whose name is Jaime. Jaime helped me out with every question and concern I had with the tires. Their process was very efficiently fast. From the paperwork, to the installation of the tires. I could really say that the quality of the tires and the perks of renting to owning the tires with no credit check are well worth it for the price that I was given for all four brand new tires. I’m a Very well satisfied customer that won’t have to worry about having a blown tire for the time being.
