Once they got My money they were no help after that. I payed cash for my tires and rims. After that when I needed help with getting a cap they wouldn’t help. I wouldn’t recommend going there.

People there were very helpful and nice. Came in needing a new tire because mine popped on the way to Georgia. Store manager stepped up and put new tire on rim after their technician had just left. Big respect 🫡 awesome service.

They ruined my new jeep and they trying to blame on another place, that called them out for it. All wheels had two different lug nut patterns and They forced four lug nuts on each wheel. The wheels were suppose 5 lug nuts on each wheel. Since it was dispositioned, Because they forced it to fix . It stripped my front left and back lug nuts and hubs. Luckily the right ones are ok . They had to find another way to get the other Lug nuts off, since the lug nuts weren’t the same. So The damage was already done, before anyone touched it. This is Nightmare!!! Rent a wheel of Dalton, Ga doesn’t want to fixed what they did. Anything could have happened to me because of their negligence. I would’ve caused an accident or worse. They don’t care about their customers lives or livelihood. Now I have no car to drive to work.. I did report rent a wheel Dalton, Ga. , to the Better Business Bureau. Hopefully, I can get this resolved. I WOULD ABSOLUTELY NOT RECOMMEND ANYONE TO PUT YOUR LIVES IN THEIR HANDS WITH YOUR VEHICLE PERIODT!!!

Me and my partner went there to get new wheels and tires they constantly charge my card on the day I told them not too which is leading to fees from my bank Arthur is doing a good job at help however Kristan the account manager has been super rude and disrespectful calling us childish and acting like she’s above the store manager Arthur and has repeatedly told us that many times when we asked Arthur if that’s true he said it is not overall tires and rims are good but would like somewhere without an attitude problem

I got my rims and tires back in February of this year, they didn't have my tires in stock so they ordered. Got it all set up to be do the next day at 3. Got back to the store the next day at the scheduled time only to find out they aren't even close to to ready. Then when it comes to the payments I told them I don't get payment until Saturday and we can set it up to automatically come out on Saturday. They that ran my card every Friday then lied and said it's a new system. Talked to the Store Manager Arther was gonna make a note on my account to run on Saturday. Woke up with my card being charged once again then tried to talk to the account manager Kristen who told me two different story's but the told me that the store manager can't override her. Buy far the worst communications skills by far. Once I'm done I will not go back.

I would like to say when I experienced the good down home hospitality from this business yesterday. It was everything that I had read in the reviews. It felt like I had already knew the staff. The Dalton store as a whole are jam up. But there is one lady that runs your payment . She is rude and argumentative. She didn't send me notification of her taking my 1st payment out of my account. Which she done the day before it was due. So when I got off work that day I called in and made a payment which bounced my account. She refused take any responsibility even though she was in the wrong. Some people just not made for jobs that deal with customer service.

My consultant Tasha was very professional, and explained my contract very well! My techs/installers Dakota and Arthur were great, for sure! Then running into an issue, I had to call and speak with Kristen over the phone, and she had zero issues helping and solving my issue over the phone. Overall; great professional, and honest people. Some of the women I've dealt with while doing business with this company are so damn rude they make you not even want to deal with the company at all. I was just a few days a way from getting a settlement and planned on paying me rims and tires off which was gonna be a couple thousand dollars but had some issues come up the week prior to that and missed 2 payments, tried to work it out with them and they were gonna give me until 2 the next day or they were supposed to come and get them, well they showed up at ten am to come get them and we were not home. I was actually out making the money for the behind payments so we could keep them, even though we she suckerd into higher payments then we were originally promised and that 20 dollars down is STRAIGHT BULLS""""""" BUT SORRY SHORT THEY TRIED TO BULLY US SROUND AND THREATENED WITH LOCKING US UP BECAUSE BEFORE WE COULD GET THE SET BACK TO THEM MY CAR WAS ALSO BREPOSSESSED SO BASICALLY I WAS STUCK FOR A FEW DAYS WITHOUT NO WAY TO SWAP THE ORIGINAL TIRES OFF MY CAR AND GET THEIRS BACK , WELL A FEWS DAYS PASSED AND I'VE GOT A CÀAR AGAIN SO I FINALLY GOT THEIRS BACK AND I IMMEDIATELY CALLED AND TOLD THEM THEY COULD COME GET EM. I HAD THEM IN MY CAR TWO INN THE BACK SEAT 2 IN THE TRUCK. WELL THAT MORNING I HAD TO TAKE MY KID TO SCHOOL SO I PUT ONE ON THE PORCH, WELL WHEN THEY GOT HERE BEFORE I HAD A CHANCE TO MAKE IT OR Y SIDE THEY HAD GOT THE ONE OFF THE PORCH WAS TOTALLY FINE BUT THEN I NOTICED WITHOUT MY PERMISSION THEY WENT IN MY FREAKING CAR AND GOT THE OTHER ONE OUT OF THE BACK SEAT LIKE WHO the f does that so unprofessional so I said I didn't appreciate it and they got nasty with me again because they knew they were wrong as hel l Oh AND all these good reviews the ppl have been bribed with discounts they are not sincere

It was an amazing experience at the location in DALTON GA. The customer service was beyond great. I got in quick and approval was even faster. Amanda and Rainey were beyond polite, communication was great, and they were very knowledgeable. They helped me with any questions I had at that time so I walked out a little smarter than I was prior lol. I definitely recommend this shop. I also got to walk away with some goodie they gifted me with ☺️

Stay as far away from this place as you can. I was looking to purchase a new set of tires and since I didn't have the money on hand I decided to finance a set . Didan online application and was approved for $5000 going towards a set of tires. I was contacted by the manager of this location congratulating me on being approved. He told me since I was approved don't even worry about a down payment. Went the this location the next day to finish the required paperwork and as soon as I finished the application process low and behold the first thing out of his lying mouth was "so how much are we putting down on the tires today?" The total cost of the tires I chose was $339.00 however to finance them the total price would be over $1300! Unbelievable! I was shocked and amazed how everything flipped once I'm there in person Listen folks don't ever and I mean NEVER apply or deal with these folks! They are not honest or truthful about anything coming out of their mouths

We had bought a used vehicle and thought the previous vendor balanced them right. We drove up the highway from Atl and realized something was not right. The guys here balanced them correctly and showed we're they had the wrong weights on them etc. All good and very professiona!!
