Man when I say this place has what you need or they can get what you need!! I started looking online and they called me not even five minutes of been pre approved. I came in same day and started the process Buddy and Jay made sure to keep in touch with me to make sure I got all info I needed and answered all questions. 3 months ago I gave the company a review based on their service which I thought was really good service , however, 3 months later the real.people, the real company has reaered it's ugly head. Ripoff!!!! Do not rent rims from this place!!! I was told the first 90 days my payments would be deducted from the sales price. Today Mr. Buddy looked me dead in my face and said he never mentioned anything about 90 days. So now I find out that my payments are not going towards the principal balance and after paying 1736.00 in payments on a purchase price of 2153.00. I still owe 1465.00 totaling 3200.00. oh but that's not it. I left 2 of MY BMW rims at the shop because they wouldn't fit in my trunk. The responsible oarty Mr Paul told me I could come pick these rims up anytime they'll be in the back. I come to pick up the rims and they are gone!!!! No explanation as to where.....just gone and nobody could tell me when or how long I had to come get the rims Now they will call or text you if you're one minute late making a payment but they couldn't take one minute to call and let me know they were about to get rid of my BMW rims. Of course not because they sold them. Ripoff!!!! Never again!!!!!!!!!!! †**********

I wanted to wait until I finished my payment plan with this establishment to give my honest review. And I can honestly say that they deserve 5 stars. Jill and Buddy were phenomenal throughout my entire experience from the initial down payment until me paying them off. Very polite and genuinely good people. Thank you both 100x.

I've never seen people work so well with my son and his rims look so good. Jordyn is Neurodivergent and people don't understand him but these people were patient, kind and didn't take advantage of him. Thank you so much for doing his car.

The employee buddy was incredible. He worked with me and my payment and was able to make adjustments for me to receive and install my rims. RAW was not a favorite company of mine due to the experiences I had with the Mableton, GA location. I since moved to Charlotte, NC and it was time to change tires. The Charlotte RAW is 100 times better, friendlier and caring towards the customer!!!! There's a night and day difference for the better at the Charlotte location! KUDOS to the staff at the Charlotte location!!

I never even stepped foot into the store and now I never will. I placed an order online and paid the $20 deposit and received notification I had to call the store to verify. So I did, and I had questions about how it worked since I never went to them before and the employee that picked up was rude. he just quickly gave me their spiel about what I needed to do, then when I asked about the $20 deposit he said oh you're 20 doesn't mean anything you still have to come into the store which left me confused and annoyed. So I already didn't want to come in based on that interaction, and called back to ask for a refund of my deposit and a different employee answered and couldn't even tell me how to get my refund. Just kept saying oh just go through the website they way you did when you placed the order, which not only makes 0 sense but their is no option for that. So I had to chat with customer service through the website to get some help. Both times I was rushed off the phone and was left more confused then when I called and I couldn't even get a word in. I'm glad I did not waste my time by buying tires from them and I won't recommend them to anyone based on customer service alone. We all work and have busy days but taking the time to properly explain things to a customer should still be important. Don't rush them off the phone cause you either don't know the answer to a question or can't answer it. I'm sure the quality of the tires were just fine but I'm not going to go somewhere I feel uncomfortable even asking simple questions.

Kenny was an amazing help off gate when I walked in! He got me the lowest payment plan possible to fit my budget, personally looked at my dry rotted tires and let some air out because they were over filled with air with the dry rot being that I drive from Mooresville and back. Highly recommend! I wish he wasn’t leaving bc that’s really who I’d rather deal with he has the personality and loyalty that fits good customer service for sure💪🏻

When i say this was my first time ever doing this and it was flawless in and out only reason I stayed longer was because of the great energy and customer service vibes from the employees. Got a great deal on my wheels and tires and was also approved for the weekly or bi-weekly rent to own options which had great packages for keep your tires nice and reliable

we came in during closing time and the staff and the managers were so helpful. They really went over and beyond with assisting us with two rims that were bent on even though it was close in time they stayed over and I truly appreciate them. It was my daughters car I am. We are so grateful. Awesome people great place to rent from. I would recommend anyone to come to them if you’re looking for and I said a rims and tires excellent customer service.
