Absolutely recommend Raven auto repair Took my car in for breaks only!! but the mechanic thoroughly did his job and checked out my whole car I’m so glad he did because other stuff needed to be done. I appreciate the mechanics and Jesse for the customer service they knew exactly what they were talking about.

At Raven Auto Repair Jesse was very friendly and helpful. Everyone there is so friendly and knowledgeable. Very clean shop as well. This is by far the BEST repair shop I've ever been to. Prices are very reasonable too. I recommend them to all my family and friends. The only place I will ever take my car to for service and repair. Thank you guys.

FIVE STAR SERVICE from the second I walked through the doors. The guy sitting behind the desk (Jesse) was extremely helpful! Once we established what needed to be done Jesse went above and beyond by doing the work himself so I wouldn't have to wait for someone else to become available. Side note: as a woman it can sometimes be intimidating and overwhelming dealing with car issues - not here. This is definitely a safe space.

Loved this place. Will definitely be coming here anytime I have any concerns with my car. I’ve never been to an auto shop that cares about their customers the way these guys do. They do their best to give the fairest price and they do a good job and keeping you updated through the whole process.

Outstanding repair shop. Went in to get my catalytic converters replaced. Very accommodating and quick. I expected it to take about 2 or 3 hours. They did it in maybe 1.5 hours at most. Very professional, quick, knowledgeable, and overall outstanding service. Highly recommend!!

Super honest and straightforward! I took my daughter's Cadillac SRX in for an over-heating issue. I was kept in the loop throughout the process. When I was given the final cost I was amazed. It's rare to find an honest mechanic but Raven will be handling all my automotive issues from here on out.

While on travel to San Antonio for the first time realized in the parking lot of SeaWorld that I had a coolant leak this auto shop me an Uber ride back to the park and took great care of me as well as gave me a big discount where I felt stranded they completely Took care of me called me and had it ready all while I was at the park with my family .

I went in on a Monday to find a place to replace all the brake pads on my vehicle. They recommended replacing the brake pads and getting new rotors since they no longer machine them. Additionally, they upsold me on flushing the brake lines due to the vehicle's mileage. As an incentive, they offered a free oil change. I was verbally quoted $500, which I thought was a fair price, so I let them know I’d return later in the week once I got paid. Today, I returned as planned, only to be told, “I’m going to be as honest as I can,” BY THE SAME PERSON, and given a new price of $1,050. I was shocked by the drastic price increase and reminded them of the original quote. The man essentially accused me of lying, saying, “I would NEVER have quoted you that price—that would only cover one set of replacement items.” At that point, I decided to retrieve my keys and leave, as this was unacceptable. The new price was even higher than what the dealership would charge. So, if you’re looking for “an honest price,” I wouldn’t recommend this place unless you insist on a written quote—and even then, I’d approach with caution based on my experience and some of the reviews I’ve read since.

Super helpful! Zeke and his staff were extremely accommodating! Needed a wheel bearing replaced and, all on a Friday afternoon, the diagnosed and repaired before end of business day. Not only that, sent a text over the weekend to see how my car was driving. Supreme service! Being new to Texas, this is my return garage!

Told me they couldn't find my wheel lock so I paid for new lugnuts after bringing 2 that didn't fit. I found the actual wheel lock today 10/17 behind reciepts that were originally folded in the overhead console, which that could have been an accident. But when I did pick my car up the next day, something that I had lost sometime last year magically showed up on the passenger side floor with a couple other things being out of place. It was not there when i dropped the car off nor was there a lime green screw driver sitting out in the open. If they didnt even feel around in the overhead console for the lock, I doubt they were searching under my seats deep in the trenches for it, which is where the lost item fell. So that means somebody was going through my car at one point and it wasn't them. I assume at night with my car in their lot, unlocked.

Very good service. The guys there are very knowledgeable and their customer service is great. Very pleasant and respectful. I highly recommend you take your vehicle to them. After my oil change, he showed me each thing that needed repair and quoted me fair prices.
