If you're not Latino, you will eventually get hustled and get a bad attitude. Overcharged and bad service. The front office adds insult to injury.. Trust me, spend the same money and go somewhere else..

Go in to get tire repaired and tire is beyond that, so they offer me a used tire (with a nail hole already in it) for same price as used with no damage. I tell them to k ock off the $3 fee for the damage and she says "No I cannot do that"...Didn't get tire needless to say. What a dog shit shop

I have gone to this place many times and the prices are inconsistent last time I bought 1 tire it was 50 now I need 2 tires and the price is 60 I said can ya do 2 for 100 50 each and the person says no. I then told him I have gone to them the last two times and both times it was 50 and he still says nope 60 each and this is 5 days before Christmas so I will not be going back to this place anytime soon. BTW I did find a tire shop that will do 50 Each it's just a little longer of a drive.

10/3/2024 Great service fast at their job. Helped me as soon as I pulled in. Came back 10/6/2024 4:38 pm got another tire change the guy who change my tire name was alec, he was so cool, had to give him a review. Ask for him if you come get a tire change from here, I promise you won't regret it! Wish I could give another 5 stars Just left here 3:13 11/6/2024 ...if you check my last reviews I came here 3 time in 10/2024 all those times I came was okay, but this time I got someone with bad customers service. He didn't know what he was doing. He charged me an extra 3 dollars to put on my tire even tho I brought my own tire. He left the tire jack under my car, too worried about a tip. The lady who works in the office had to remind him to remove it. I shouldn't have tipped him nothing but I still did because i get tips at my job, and I understand that some jobs don't pay that much and tips help out. But I guess it's time to find a better tire shop.

I brought my truck in so that they could patch up my tire. I paid $23 & an hour later my tire was nearly flat again. Poor patching. When I came back the next day(as they were closed once it was flat again) they refused to fix my tire properly like they should have to begin with & told me i would be charged AGAIN if I wanted them to fix it. BAD BUSINESS ETHICS.

Went here before and it was an OK experience they helped me with my tire size and put tires on my rims for me. This second time, I tried to get another tire for another vehicle and they got mad because I needed to know my tire size. The lady hung up on me. So I called back after looking up my size and a guy employee answered. I told him the lady employee hung up on me, and he said, "that's because you need to know your size", in a very rude, harsh tone, and hung up on me again before I could even tell them the size I have. So I figured they must not want my money, but being that I had a decent experience the 1st time, I called one more time for benefit of the doubt. The guy answered and immediately started yelling at me "you need to know the size!" I said ok no problem I have it. It's ok. The guy said "ok what is it." I said "185/70r40." He said,"no, we don't have it." And hung up on me. So fast that I wonder if they even checked the inventory or maybe they have their inventory memorized. Regardless, it was a pretty crappy experience, and most likely won't go back nor recommend this place to anyone not even my worst enemy. I want to go to a place that values it's customers. After I tried El Rancho tires. They were extremely helpful and affordable. I highly recommend them over this place. No bad vibes or bad business. Actually deserving of customers.

A good place if you need help and are in a bind and just good business. I've never met a better company that actually tries to help you. They charged me for a tire. I didn't have much money. I only had $60, and they found a way to help me, and get me back on the road to get a good job again. Charged me for a tire for $60 saved my future just for a single tire. I could've been homeless, if it wasn't for them. So very good 👍 I highly recommend them. As well I'm sure if I hadn't been able to afford it they would've made a payment plan for me. Not enough stars ✨ to put on this quality of service. I also tried to get them to put a different sized tire on another rim it would've worked. Although it was illegal to do so, and they didn't do it. They made sure that it was 100% safe. So I was down on my luck, and they helped me out. I wouldn't have been able to get back on my feet if it wasn't for them helping me out. Even for just a tire it helped a lot more than they probably realize. I'll definitely be back again.

If I could leave zero stars I would I came here to fix a small leak in my tire right after my tire was riding very rocky worse than before I came in for service. 3 days later after them plugging my tire my tire blew while I was on the highway almost causing me to crash into a semi. Come to find out the same tire that had a small leak turned into a large knife cut on the inside on my tire. I know it was them because my car wasn’t driving like it was before I came in and I don’t have enemies or crazy ex’s. Cutting people’s tires so they can come back to purchase a tire is diabolical my life flashed before my eyes today. Do not trust this tire shop and always watch a mechanic fix your tire lesson learned. They made me stand to the side while I wait on my tire to be fixed I will never do that again anywhere I go.

Came here during a very early morning hour when no one else was even open yet due to a balding tire that caught me off guard on my way to work. I had left my wallet at home and funds were very limited what I had on me. I had almost just enough for a used tire but not the full amount . I don’t know his name but he was very nice to work with me and replace my tire for less than the amount, due to me not having all my cash. He could have easily told me no like most people would but he could tell I was in dire need for a tire. Great customer service for looking out for a customer. I even gave him a nice tip from what I had on me.

Questionable place to get even a flat tire fix. I paid for a flat tire repair and the following day realized it was installed backwards the outside was inside. Took it back and they remembered me but still charged me to have the tire re balanced even, it was installed wrong by them but I had to pay for there mess up. They are so focused on drinking and smoking that quality control goes out the window. Oh and to top it off they wanted a tip after everything. If you go just stay on top of them, literally hover over them as they’re working.

Just go to Walmart. They sell you overpriced cheap tires and not in new condition. My brand new tire began to crack in 2 months
