I've been using RRA's services since 2007 and their quality, care and costs are all reasons I'd recommend you give these guys a visit if you're experiencing car troubles. They've always shown genuine consideration for me, my time, and most importantly my vehicles. I live an hour and twenty minutes away from the shop now and still takes the drive to them because I know my vehicles will be in good hands.

The most honest review I’ve ever left. Raife I LOVE YOU! I would 100% recommend this shop because for one I’m a young girl and didn’t get overcharged or lied to. You are the absolute best. His communication was great, everything he did for me personally in regards to my car and insurance was amazing. Was able to get a great deal. Now let’s get into the car OMGGGG it’s driving amazing with no problems. Raife was so informative and again SOOOOO SWEET. Thank you soooo much.

I needed to have my car inspected and they did just that. Excellent service and they even told me where to go to pay the registration fee, so I didn't need to mail it out. Got that sorted at HEB (local grocery store- had no clue they provided that service) and they put the new sticker on for me as well. Thank you!

Great shop! Very knowledgeable and really take their time to make sure your vehicle is taken care of. Did a fix on my car, noticed that one of my warranted parts was partially damage, and replaced it for free before my warranty could expire. Most places wouldn’t do that. Overall great experience, and shoutout to Rush and his amazing customer service.

This shop not only has great customer service they also have a cool waiting area. From the service and people the owner hires to how clean and nice the facility is you can tell they are of high standard. 10/10 recommend, especially if you are like me and ask a lot of questions.

Very expensive, search around before going here and you will see . They will try to be persuasive by giving you different scenarios but they are still extremely expensive period. Some of them are rude and will cut you off while your are speaking. Their tone voice also gets aggressive if you do not agree with thier prices. I called 6 other car mechanics they where all cheaper than this place. Beware of the prices call around.

I recently purchased a used vehicle and it needed some work done to it. I followed the steps from the extended warranty and it led me here. Im so glad it did. Every one was so nice and accommodating. They diagnosed the issue right away and it only took a couple hours to complete the repairs. Now I'm back on the road and able to enjoy my purchase. When I need anything done to my mini in the future I am coming here. If you are looking for a reliable honest mechanic, this is the place for you.

They are fast as their name suggests! I went to 4-5 other places before coming here for my state inspection. Everyone else had a a 2+ hour wait but here I was in and out. The owner is also super friendly. Will definitely come in the future for any auto needs.

Best service and great 1st time experience! My experience with Rapid Repair Auto Center on March 8th 2024 was excellent. Mr. Rafie and the Rapid Repair Auto Center team provide professional and Honest Service. He took the time to walk me through the diagnosis of my vehicle and explain step by step why the fixes were necessary and what needed to be done in the future to prevent any car problems. I’ll definitely be bringing in my vehicle here again any time I need it. I would recommend to anyone!

This place is amazing! My mom’s car got a flat tire a few feet from the shop. We stopped by just now, a few minutes before they were closing for the day, asking for help. This shop, Jason who I spoke to inside(shoutout Jason!!), and everyone else working here was so kind, helpful, and accommodating! Hammid switched our tire from the flat one to our spare so so fast! I can’t explain to yall how far an act of kindness like this goes and we’re grateful they were there to help us. this place deserves great reviews and roses! 10/10

Best service I could ask for hands down! Every single one of the staff was especially friendly to me and unlike other mechanic shops, they took the time to walk me through the diagnosis of my vehicle and explain step by step why the fixes were necessary and what needed to be done in the future to prevent any car problems. A lot of other mechanic shops out there are only out to drain your pockets and instill false information and anxieties but this shop was honest and transparent as one can be. I’ll definitely be bringing in my vehicle here again any time I need it. Shout out to Jason for being amazing in every aspect!

Hello everyone I hope everyone reads this post. Yesterday on 12/19/23 I went to this location that I have been going to since 2006. I have always dealt with Rafi. He was not there. His brother was there. I walked into this location and his brother was already mad about something. At about 430pm I asked for an inspection. His brother began to yell saying we have other people waiting. I said that’s fine I don’t mind waiting. So I asked for Rafi. I just wanted to say hi because I always come for my inspections. The brother was horrible. He began yelling at me in front of customers saying that I feel entitled. He also said I know your kind. I was unsure about what kind are you talking about. He said sister please. When I say the brother of Rafi is the most rudest disrespectful person on this earth. He said I’m having a bad day so leave. I then went back this morning talk speak with Rafi to my surprise. He did not listen to anything I had to say. His brother had already gave him a heads up. Rafi told me I only come for inspections and no other services. If you are a women is this not the place for you. Rafi could not even look me in my eyes because he knew his brother was was wrong. I would never recommend this place to anyone because if you are only getting inspections and no other services then most likely they want see you. For me being a long time customer his brother is rude and it’s seems like Rafi now upholds what his brother does. If you do not want to do inspections then don’t do them. I only went back as a courtesy to speak with Rafi not to get an inspection. I would never spend my money on the rudeness of others. See the response given to me. That’s okay everyone has technology. I never had a problem waiting my turn. Have a blessed day.

I have been bringing my cars for the past three years to this place to Mr. Rafe for state inspections and I have had a great experience. He has always been polite and respectful. Today I was helped by his brother and what a totally different treatment it was. He told me to stop bringing my car here for only inspections. That this should be the last time I should bring it, but he said he would do the inspection. 30 seconds later he looked for the quickest way to get out of doing the inspection and said it would fail because I had a cracked tailight. Never was a problem before! He just didn't want to to the inspection because he claims they dint make any money in it. Well,then don't offer state inspections!

This review is well over due. I felt this was a safe space for women, often times I have felt anxious getting car services in a male dominated environment. The owner was extremely welcoming, shared the history of this business, gave me a tour as well as extraordinary service to my vehicle. I bought a new Toyota and this was my first time patronizing this business. I’ll definitely be a repeat customer.
