Nope, just don’t! Took my new vehicle in for its first oil change. Had an appointment and still took 2 hours. Once finished, and inside the vehicle, noticed the tire light was on. Got out and asked the technician, he said not to worry about it and that it was too much trouble for them to fix. Again, solid don’t do it unless you like wasting time and bad service.

Came in for an oil change, they were very polite, and had me in and out in a fairly decent time, I'll be coming back next week to change my rotors

Took my car for an oil change, tire rotation, including 27 point inspection. Invoice clearly states that fluids were topped off. Five days later got a notification that my washer fluid was low so they clearly did not provide the services stated on the invoice. Also had a note that we declined tires due to low tread but they didn’t even bring it up as a follow up. Not the first time we’ve had issue with Randy Marion service or car sales, just disappointing that there are limited dealer options in the area outside of RM.

I have been here several times. Today Joshua Staley went above and beyond to help. Checked the code my car had personally. He fixed it as well. Alexis Adams is amazing as well. Definitely folks you want to help with car problems. 10/10 recommend.

Everytime we bring a vehicle no matter the how bad or if it was just done we're always hit up with needing new brakes and nothing is wrong or over worn and recently brought a bucket truck n for an inspection told the ball joints fail with no signs of anything wrong with them. My company will never be returning for any maintenance ever again. Also you've had a vehicle of ours for months now waiting on a part and told it was because of a strike at GM which ended over a month ago and still our truck hasn't been fixed. I will not be recommending any Randy Marion dealer to anyone I know.

Horrible experience today at the Randy Marion Express service department. I called before I went in and spoke with the call center and asked to speak with someone in the Express service department and they said they could help me. I axles how much was an oil change for a 2014 Chevy Silverado 1500 and they quoted me $89. I then asked how long the wait was and they informed me there was not a wait at that time. I went in and asked for an oil change and was there for over an hour. They call them call me up to get my keys and pay and lo and behold the price is $113 not the 89 I was quoted. So I pay and leave them on my way home I realize they did not check and top off the fluids like they said they did. I called them and spoke with some one in the call center again and was hung up on while waiting to speak with some one in the express service department I then called back and was put directly on hold, no hello or can you please hold. The call center finally came back on the phone and I was transferred to the express department. I asked them why they did not too off my fluids and they said they might have forgot to do it. Who knows what else they forgot to do while servicing my truck. Very unprofessional.

I bought my car from Randy Marion three years ago and it has been a great vehicle. No issues. I felt like the service Dept would be great as well to use. So we have used them for our oil changes. Last week I need my service record plan and I’m the girl who answered the phone and helped me was very helpful and kind. I received the information I needed! Great place!

Showed up on time for my appointment, it took them 1.5 hours to change my oil, then got home and had an oil leak, oil filter was left loose, took two full turns to tighten it by hand. Also washer fluid was low, and they didn't add any.

The oil change was expected. My car did not need the work that they suggested for it. I called my home dealership to get another opinion and when I called back they were already working on my car. On top of all that. they only did half of what the charged me for. they did not do the rear brake rotors only the front. I am recently out of college and to put over $600 into my car that didn’t need work done, is not ideal. I am well aware of how I drive and treat my car and I will not be going back there again.

This is the worst dealership group ever. I called to verify they had a tire in stock and they advised me that they did. I brought the truck in for tire and oil change. Told them I was waiting for the truck. After waiting two hours they told me they don’t have the tire. Somehow the tire that was unsafe to patch but it would be ok to keep driving on it. They told me it would be in early the next day so I told them to fix it in the morning. Fast forward to the next day. I can not get a hold of anyone in the facility. They send their calls to a call center and they can’t reach anyone there either. She asked if I wanted customer relations and they don’t answer their phone either. On top of that I spent 20 minutes on hold hearing about how they are the king of price and they are charging me more than msrp for the tire I’m buying. I shopped for a truck at both the ford and Chevy store and the experience wasn’t much better. I knew I should have brought my truck back to where I bought it but it’s twice as far. Avoid Randy Marion’s stores. They are awful.

This place is like taking your new car to a used car lot for service! Terrible service, my truck is full of styrofoam balls from something they are cutting in the parking lot. They confused me with another customer and let them choose the extra services I had done to my truck. Oh and they charge a 3% fee on credit cards. It’s no longer posted because “that part of the counter has been cut out”.

Do you love friendly staff, extremely long wait times, and incompetent technicians? Yes? Well this place is just for you. I've had average wait times of 2 hours. So I tried to book an appointment in hopes of quicker service. With no avail. Still over 2 hours for an oil change, tire rotation. Also, one time, the technician failed to tighten the oil filter and all my oil leaked out in my driveway. The only positive is the women working were nice.

Took 1 1/2 hours just to patch a tire. Should have been done in 30 minutes at the most. They are SUPER SLOW!!!
