Although a mechanic services my car, my interaction is with service advisor Michael. He is professional and friendly and a good communicator who instills trust in the products sold here. I return to Randall’s Tire for tire rotation every 5000 miles. Each time, I feel confident of their work and recommendations.

Friendly webpage!! Easy to set appointment, drop down menus enabled me to type specifically what my car needed. They kept in touch via text and had my car completed when promised!!!

Randalls came recommended to me from somebody that works in the automotive repair and parts, industry, for a knowledgeable and trustworthy service garage that my son - who is in college away from home- can take his car for a regular routine servicing as well as when mechanical issues have come up. They are thorough, have great techs on staff, professional with their communication, they do repairs right the first time and they are very well priced! Highly recommend them, the Owner and staff are trustworthy and amazing. I’ve worked in this industry 30 years myself and this is definitely one of the best service centers I have come across!

This was my first time at Randall's tire and automotive. I was received with a friendly smile and with an attitude of living to help me. I had called ahead for an appointment, and they took my car in ahead of time. After just a small amount of time they announced that my car was finished. Or strongly recommend Randall's tire and automotive.

Disappointing Experience - Not Recommended I had high expectations when I decided to invest a significant amount of money in this service/product, but unfortunately, my experience was far from satisfactory. The level of service was incredibly rude, and I was left feeling frustrated and undervalued. For the price I paid, I expected a much higher standard of quality and professionalism. I would definitely not recommend this to others, as I believe there are better options available that offer both respect and value for money.

Had a really great experience. They changed the oil and rotated my tires and keep me posted on their progress. They have a friendly staff and they all know my name when I show up. What a very nice touch.

Just take your car to Randalls and sit in their front room and watch the customers. They seem to know everyone and take care of them like they are family. Doesn't matter who you are they are always treated with respect and handled professionally. Trust is a big deal to me and I have been trusting them with all my cars for 23 years.

worst car place ever! DO NOT BELIEVE Google REVIEWS! I went to this place just by looking at google reviews. Just a trick! I paid for wheel alignment and my car was still pulling one side. In the same month, I went to Goodyear to see if I need another alignment. All of my report was red showing I need an alignment. Goodyear staff was honest and they suggested me to go the place I got the alignment. So, I went back to Randall's and told them my car is still pulling to one side. They did not do anything. They did not even check. My experience was the worst and I will definitely NOT suggest anyone to go there for their cars.
