After paying around $2000 for various repairs on my 2001 audi tt, here’s what happened: within 24 hours of having the car, the check engine light came back on. I took it back and they said “you just need to replace this thing, idk what its called but its this (points at MAF sensor).” Meanwhile, my exhaust was hung incorrectly after repairing a crack, my ignition coils (quoting my new mechanic) “look like they have 100k+ miles on them”, various pieces are deteriorating and hazardous, wires that should have been replaced were glued back on with silicone, and 3 out of 4 cylinders were misfiring (after replacing the MAF sensor). They act very friendly, but they do not care about your safety. Each time I brought the car back, they gave me more and more problems. Do not trust them.

Awesome customer service. Been going for all work done in my vehicles since they opened in 2017. Engine, Transmission issues and everything in between. Honest fair pricing. I always recommend to anyone having vehicle issues.

I purchased a new set of tires from Rancho Automotive recently as well as a front end alignment. I can honestly say that I was never so pleased with the service I received. Everything was done perfectly, and at a price I felt comfortable paying as a value oriented (cheap) kind of guy. What was truly outstanding was their customer service. The owner and staff were both polite , knowledgeable, and exuded a refreshing positive attitude. I was also pleasantly surprised to find they didn't try to convince me to purchase a bunch of periferal add-ons to the work I requested. All in all, a very good experience here.

Went there for shock replacement and alignment. He takes the car then afterwards tells us the machine to do the alignment is broken and with no certain date to come back. Our van was rocking so hard it hurt my bones. He could have told us no instead of making our car drive worse. He was unfriendly and I had the feeling he was ripping us off the whole time.

worst alignment ever had issues within an hour after leaving. They did not tighten bolts and barely had tierod ends on. Also charges me almost $200!

, I came in for an alignment. And tire rotation they had found a broken wheel stud. And fixed it for me. I Saw the Wheel Alignment was perfect I have a lifted truck. With bigger tires than stock. , they used a Precision laser machine to get the alignment 100% accurate. They're very professional. And you can tell that they have experience. And what they do? They treated me fair and kindly I will recommend their service and I will use them in the future.

I recommend you don't go I went in for a simple job came out with more problems with that making excuses that it's wear and tear. I explained to them very clearly it worked before you broke it CARiD first there was a power steering cord that was leaking that they damaged wanted to make me pay for it. They fixed it and wouldn't you know it's now the power steering regulator you would think they would have noticed it the first time would not recommend it reporting them to the Better Business Bureau

They replaced my knee assembly with a defective replacement. Went to another mechanic and they told me the struts are bad and the shocks. DO NOT TRUST THIS PLACE. They so called fixed the issue. But more problems came up. I paid 600$ for a trash fix.
