After the complete disregard the Jeep dealer in Mountain Home shows their customers, I am completely blown away by the great service we've received at Ramsey Motors. The first time I went there, I'd picked up a rock in my brakes on a gravel road and a lady who worked there, dislodged it for me. We just had to have warranty service done on both of our Jeeps and they picked them up from my office, took them for service, and returned them with the warranty work done AND super clean! I wasn't expecting that. In fact, I wasn't even expecting them to answer the phone when I called the first time after my previous experience with the other dealership. The pick up/deliver guy is super friendly, too. We'll be taking our Jeeps to Ramsey Motor from now on! Thank you!

Staff was 100% no pressure sales technique. Open and approachable. I went home and thought about it. No stress no pressure. They were all great. The least stressed I ever felt buying a car. Thanks!

Extremely happy with Ramsey Motors. Have purchased 2 vehicles through them and use them for maintenance. Ramsey Motors treats me and my vehicles very well. And now they do tires!!!! Awesome Company 😎

I received a notice of a jeep recall and Ramsey took care of it with no problems . At the same time changed my oil, rotated my tires and replace my back seat safety belts all in one visit with no problems. Very efficient and professional.

Dog friendly but OMG the wait time!!!! An OIL CHaNGE takes OVER an Hour!!!!! Do not come here for quick service or at least in my experience it has been horrible!!!! Still waiting over an hour later! Update: The pros IMO as there were plenty of them in all honesty: Getting signed in was a breeze and relaxed, really what I want when dealing with a dealership. To me it seemed The staff were distracted however it was out of a relaxed and non rushed friendly/engaging environment/experience and for that they should be commended! Was this a good experience, yes; everything except for the wait time. I was even early!

I have been dealing with Jeep nightmares from both the Corporation and a Jeep dealer in Bentonville, AR. Ramsey on the other hand has been amazing to work with. Jeff and his staff do excellent work and provide small town customer service. My 2017 Cherokee is home now and is running as it should be again... While my other car, a Porsche, is exciting to drive, my favorite car, my Cherokee, is the most comfortable car I have ever driven and the one I trust (again) anywhere in any weather. The dealership you choose makes a difference - This is the one!

Alex did everything he could to make sure we had the best experience. He knew we were working with multiple other dealers to find exactly what we wanted. A couple weeks passed and he called with the exact car we wanted, with a great warranty and some other perks for using Ramsey. Highly recommend using Alex for all your auto needs! P.S.this isn’t my first purchase with him.

Brought my truck in to do warranty work was done quickly and returned back wiped down no grease or oil prints anywhere on white paint or on engine parts they are definitely cleaner ,nice and friendly and faster than other shops in and around the area will always take truck to them for any work needed if possible

I bought a car from Ramsey today. I had driven to Little Rock to all the big dealerships, Springfield too and beyond. The other places didn't have the selection or lower prices that Ramsey had. I live in Boone County and mistakenly thought the bigger stores would be better. I was wrong and wasted a lot of miles and time. The selection at Ramsey's was just what I wanted. They were courteous and professional and I found exactly what I wanted at the price I was willing to pay. Great folks that are customer oriented and listened to what I needed and made it work. I would highly recommend them if you are car shopping. I found a great deal and I love it.

I’m giving 4/5 because when we saw the truck first on car fax we were almost positive we would buy it when we went into the dealership a salesman (Alex rose) told us that he sold the truck new to one of his buddy’s he had it for a year then traded it in. This in fact was not true car fax and many other trusted sources said the truck had multiple owners in different states. Note: he said the guy was around the Melbourne area. When we left we got home and checked car fax the truck in fact had 3 owners (this wasn’t a problem it was a nice truck) we did not care about owners we were just frustrated that (Alex rose) lied to us to try and sell a vehicle on that hand we did buy the vehicle but we went through a different guy (Andrew Todd) Andrew was a very nice very friendly man he was patient as we did the payment stuff he’s a great salesman and deserved the bonus he got for selling the truck. anyway just a note to leave if you go to this dealership and Alex deals with you either get another salesman or fact check everything he says was pleased with the service other than being lied to.
