THE GUY WHO DID my oil change did a terrible job in putting back the engine splash shield…. He told me he didn’t know how to put it back on smh and that he forced it. I told him to fix it.. he told me he did. I was driving home and then I hear scrapping I get off my car and it was my splash shield. My splash shield got damaged I had to buy a new one and my dad installed for me. DO NOT COME HERE FOR AN OIL CHANGE.

I’ve been coming here for years and today is the first time I’ve received terrible customer service. None of the old heads are here any longer and it shows. Came to get my brakes done and rotors resurfaced. Some of the workers are very rude, I asked one to not sit on my tires to chat with his friend, his friend then takes my rotor off and throws it on the ground and laughs. The next friend grabs the rotor and throws it on the ground another time and the same friend laughs again even louder, on top of giving attitude and telling his friend I’m talking shit. Like I stated earlier I’ve been coming here for 10+ years and never received terrible customer service until now. This will be my last time giving my funds to a company that doesn’t have any customer service anymore! I used to love this place but when the old heads left and their family members stepped in the loyalty and culture definitely changed. 0/10 do not recommended. Go give your money to people that value the service they do and take pride in satisfying the customers needs

I used to go here until today and the lazy guy wasn’t even closed yet and made some excuse that he doesn’t have enough time. It takes 10 minutes and I said you have 12 minutes until closing. He just didn’t want to do it. I don’t recommend going here the young guys are super lazy and lack customer service.

I went for them to do an oil and filter change and while I was driving the whole filter fell off and my car was spilling out all the oil they don’t know how to do their job right

Came in for a regular oil change the mechanic was negligent with reassembly of fuel filter and parts and cause my engine to lock up,, had to get my engine rebuilt on the spot, I'm never coming here again

Pulled in seeking a state inspection for my vehicle and they immediately began the process as soon as I said what I was looking for. The entire process took less than 5 minutes! Excellent customer service and super fast inspection service!

I had purchased 2 used tires from this location and have ever had any issues with used tires till now, went back once for a plug that didn't help went back to come find out thurr merchandise was bad and that I had a whole in it despite me driving on it it shouldn't be a big hole in it then services was bad and couldn't service me correctly without the receipt. Why sell merchandise new or used and it's a bad tire. Never again

Please do not waste your time or resources going here. These people are a disgrace and ripoff. Tried to charge my granny $800 for 4 supposedly new tires and charged her $75 for a used one. They got mad and disrespectful when I told her they were ripping her off and not to do it. Manager got loud , screaming and everything. Robbing our community. This was yesterday. There are several other tire shops nearby, just search in maps and pass this one up

Terrible customer service literally just called 7/14/2024 at 1:25pm. All I asked was how much was a tire they ask for the tire size. I only know partial of and stated give me 1 min (I was just 2 ft) from my car. I started to read the number and the guy stated “give use a call back” and hung up. Clearly they had enough service and didn’t need me as a customer. It’s company like this that you shouldn’t support. Too busy to provide a quote. Y’all got it. Yall business popping just fine and don’t need no more customers.

I absolutely love coming here to Ramse's for my basic car needs. Just this past Sunday (Mother's Day), my NEW car just died on me. Come to find out the battery was EXTREMELY bad & about to burst. Luckily, they were open on Sunday & willing to put in my new replacement. THANK GOD! It was in horrible shape & smoking!! Today, I'm here getting my brakes & rotors replaced. I always have the same gentleman to do this for me. The guys here are hard-working men (young & older) & they do fabulous work. They even allow me to sit & watch the repairs at a safe distance. Someone tried to get me before at another place. 😄 But if you are local & need a great place to get your basic car needs 👉👉👉 RAMSE'S has you covered. Oh & YES, they are cost effective.

I wouldn’t suggest coming up here Miguel and the manager both are unprofessional I had an accident up here from one of there customers and had 2 people in the car with me that was injured and the insurance called this place and Miguel and the manager stated that no one was in my car that I lied and no one hit my car when it was proof. They racist I wouldn’t suggest giving your money to a company like this I will be filing a lawsuit against them.

I’ve gone to this place since I was 17, I am now 40, and they have serviced all of my vehicles during that time. I’ve never had an issue here with my oil changes or other mechanical problems after being serviced. Their prices are about the same (or even less) as the big name companies, except they’re faster and more efficient. I no longer live in Dallas but I still drive to Dallas for servicing because I don’t trust just anybody with my vehicles.

The employees were very rude when I asked a question. There were two men who only asked what service you needed then they went back to sit down and get on their cellsl. Not enough people to do the service work. On this day, the manager was performing everything and he was very nice. I only needed an inspection (takes less than 5min) but had to wait for him to finish 3 oil changes ahead of me. Liked this place in the past but I don’t think I'll be back.
