This place was suggested to me by my mobile mechanic. They did a fantastic job at a fair price. The owner walked me though all the parts that were replaced and talked to me about how to prevent the repair from having to happen again. Extremely knowledgeable, and passionate about their service.

Best mechanic around houston! He explains everything well so you understand what’s going on with your vehicle, even shows pictures of exactly what was worked on. He doesn’t try to scam you out of money like other mechanics. I will definitely refer him to family/friends. Best service I’ve had. Thanks again hugo!

RAMOS Bros. went above and beyond to repair my vehicle. After replacing my oil filter housing on 2013 dodge grand caravan, Mr. Ramos took his time to show me items that I needed to pay attention to and have repair in the future. He was very honest, I felt like he didn't over charged me or take advantage of my situation. Thank you mr. Ramos.

I was pleasantly surprised with the quality of work and professionalism demonstrated by the technicians. I will be servicing all my vehicles at this location from here on out. My car betrayed me in the Yale-Walmart parking lot. My sister's boyfriend tried giving me a jump, but that didn't work. My sister suggested I call Ramos (Hugo) to see if they could help. Ramos was nice enough to answer my call on his off day (Sunday). We decided I'd leave the car and Ramos agreed to meet me back there early Monday morning. I answered as many questions as I could through text and he suggested it may be the battery. Early Monday he made contact and advised he'd be at Walmart at 7:45am. Once there he went to work and he was right after all. My battery was dead-dead. We decided to buy a new one at Walmart, since I was stranded in their parking lot after all. Ramos found my battery, then instructed me to take the used one to customer service for a small refund. I had no idea there were refunds for these things. Back at my car he connected my new battery and even ran diagnostics after I told him I had a service light on for a few months. Once all came back clear, I paid him for his services and we parted ways. I highly recommend Ramos Bros for all your car needs. Truly professional and even checked-in with me a few days after to make sure everything was ok. Far pricing for the "at-home" service provided. I plan to seek out there services again for these brakes that will not shut up!

Very professional, extremely knowledgeable in their craft, very reasonable, and I highly recommend these guys to anyone looking for service for their vehicles. It’s very easy for some shops to over charge or give a false diagnosis. Not these guys! Great people and fantastic service!

Very professional and outstanding service. Great turnaround time and your vehicle won't leave until its 100% right and ready. I've had a full complete air conditioning system replaced and everything has been great since. I had suspension related issues taken care of, brakes, rotors, and a tune up done. Everything is great and I'm 💯% satisfied with the overall service.
