If I could give 10 ⭐️ I would. Sergio has a great spirit awesome customer service, friendly and kind. Not only was there great customer service but they were quick and efficient. I would not think twice on returning or recommending Sergio and his business.

Ramon's has no customer service They say they will do things but after the fact they "forget" what they were suppose to do!!! They have no business sense and even less people skills!

If I could give a zero stars I would. They quoted us $500, then went to pick up the car and was charged $600, because they needed to get an electrician. Never called to say there were additional issues/charges to get my approval ahead of time. Then that evening I noticed they broke the trim around my radio. When I went back to talk to them about it, they said that they aren't responsible for it because we took possession of the car. And we can sue them if we want. Terrible work and customer service.

My car battery died. We took it here and they said the alternator was fine and that I just needed a new battery. My charging system light still came on so I take it some where else and...my alternator is the problem.

Asked for an engine diagnostic and to clean my fuel injectors they gave me a quote of $325 when I came book they charged me $700 and said they changed my engine coil and my spark plugs things i had just replaced a month prior. Not only that they ghetto rigged all my wiring with electrical tape and it's all coming apart the check engine light turned on the day I picked it up they're scammers and horrible mechanics.

Definitely our go-to mechanics. From a regular oil change, to different issues with our cars, they have always given us great service and they are very affordable. I totally recommend them.

Went for an inspection and they were so fast! The guy was really cool .. I didn’t get his name but I think that’s his signature.
