Came to this shop because I had a Costco discount without knowing what to expect. I was asking for them to do routine maintenance for an older car. Steve at the front desk was short staffed today, but he handled everyone with patience and excellent customer service. It took about four hours total for them to do multiple inspections and maintenance work. In the end, they changed fluids, did a realignment, replaced a brake pad and a cabin filter, all for under $300! That seems more than reasonable to me. I was pleasantly surprised and will return.

Steve and Angel are always extremely professional and informative. They always do their best to work with me on the budget I have for the project at hand and always relay all the necessary information to me in a timely manner so I’m never left hanging or wondering, what the hell is going on! Having worked as a technician, this is a place I feel comfortable taking my car for service. They have my best interest at heart and are willing to do what they can to help me get the job done!

I’ve been trusting Ramona with my vehicles (and family vehicles) for almost 20 years now. They always get the job done at a fair price. Thank you Angel and Steve for making things right during my last visit. Went in for TPMS sensors and they topped off the windshield washer fluid as well. Keep up the great work/ customer service. It’s the little things that sometimes make a difference!

Our car had a flat tire right outside Ramona Tire on our way to a funeral. Our back two tires desperately needed to be replaced, which we did. The manager and staff were so kind and efficient and got us on our way in just a few minutes. We don’t live in CA so we cannot use them again ourselves, but we give them our highest recommendation!!! Thank you!

Got the tires on my Genesis done here. They were quick to answer the phone and got back to me on all my questions. I ordered the tires at 5pm and went in the next day to get them installed. They had them on and ready to go plus an alignment in an hour and a half. The tires look good and I'm very satisfied with their customer service.

Outstanding Service! I had originally showed up for an oil change and Steve told me his guys had just gone out for lunch. Realistically they weren't going to be able to Service my vehicle until 2 hrs later. I was in a bit of a rush because I had an appointment in San Bernardino. So he offered to schedule the oil change for later in the day. I appreciate that they were able to accommodate my schedule. Service was then very timely. Highly recommended!

I called on Saturday, they gave me a price, when I got their the price was honored, the people were nice and not pushy, they got me in and out, this is my second time using Ramona, both times excellent, keep it up!
