Went to Ramona's Tire to get a brake inspection and tire rotation. They were honest and let me know they recommended waiting a bit longer for new brakes after completing the inspection. So I ended up just getting the tires rotated. Super happy with their honestly. The shop was friendly. Good vibes. Thank you!

I is very happy with the experience. I went in to get my brakes done. They did everything they said they were going to do and they did it quickly. I've been coming to this place since early 2020 and I've always had great service. The young man behind the counter yesterday, when I went in for my brakes, was pretty funny, too. It kind of added to the experience.

Don't take your car here. I had them replace a valve stem and they ruined my wheel. These guy were flipping hammers in the air around the cars and laughing. My wheel is scratch now and I will be calling the owner of the shop next.

This guy Brandon is the worst, I mean, the worst customer rep and mechanic ever. He takes advantage of people he misinformed people, and he lies to people. He’s the most unqualified man to stand behind the counter since Chip is left the company. I’ll never take my car back to Ramona Tire for anything.

The service was Excellent I just wasn't expecting to pay as much as I did for brakes, I could only afford to have the front brakes done, Even with the $50 discount it was still a little bit too expensive for me I wish they would have some sort of program to help senior citizens who are on limited budgets, because to put brakes on your vehicle or any other work that needs to be done takes money out of food or paying a bill I want to thank all the employees there at Ramona Tire because they did do a good job and I would recommend them to anyone who reads this!

I had a nail in my left tire with PSI of 28. Called in after work at 4:30. Every other tire shop wanted keep my car until tomorrow but a representative from Ramona said bring it in. I arrived at 5:30pm and Jose Magana didn't turn me away and had his tech patch the tire and was done by 6pm. Excellent customer service which I return in the near future for 4 new tires. Thank you
