I do not recommend this body shop. I brought my truck here because it was the only open body shop in the area on a Sunday. They bungled the repair of my truck. I took it for a redo and they broke more stuff on the body. They stopped picking my calls when I requested for an invoice of body parts purchased for replacement..I was going to take it elsewhere to be fixed. I hesitate to give poor reviews on small businesses, but lack of communication is not acceptable. The expertise and customer service is very poor in my experience. On the flip side, I found the cost of service to be comparatively cheap - a probable reflection of the cheap quality of service they offer. Take your vehicle elsewhere to a reputable shop and pay a bit more for better service.

First time here and will be back for sure. Very knowledgeable about insurance claims, Someone hit my vehicle came with my claim number and they contacted the insurance company, made everything easier for me, my vehicle looks incredible I will recommend them for sure. .

Came in with a fender bender driver side. Not only did the staff make sure my car was safe to drive until I got my parts in for the repair, but they were so honest and transparent about the work needed. Needed a new bumper, driver side fender and new brackets. The paint job is so well matched you would never know anything happened, which I was also advised NOT to get pre-painted parts due to the age of my car because it would be pretty obvious. I dropped my car off on a Monday expecting it to be ready Fri/Sat… and they called me Wednesday morning for pick up! Just wonderful service all around, and at an affordable price! I will be referring everyone I know who needs body work and I’ll be back myself if needed! Thank y’all for taking such good care of my baby. 🫶🏼

***UPDATE at the bottom We used Ramirez body shop on 9/13/24. We had traveled to Dallas from out of town for an event, and my fuel pump went out as soon as we got to town. The mechanics were phenomenal. They got my car in quickly, they were incredibly kind and communicated well. The issues come after. Upon leaving Dallas the next day to drive home, a check engine light came on. My car also started pouring gasoline from below it. We managed to make it back to Tulsa and get the vehicle into our mechanic. The seal was done inaccurately and ended up costing us a lot of money that we had already paid Ramirez to fix an issue that was not fixed. When we reached out to Ramirez and asked how they could make this right, we were told customer service would reach out to us. They never did. We have reached out repeatedly and are still being ignored. I have waited to make this review in hopes they would reach out to us. I can not in good conscience recommend their work because they do not care once they have your money. Please take your vehicles elsewhere. ****UPDATE 10/12/24 Within 20 minutes of posting this review Faby reached out to make the situation right. There was a miscommunication along the way. They have since more than made up for the issues caused. Thank you so much for helping us in a pinch and providing excellent customer service and work guarantee. If you are in the area we highly recommend!

Although car problems are stressful and tiring, Alex and his team did an excellent job in addressing every concern, even after repairs were made, they followed up with me and went above and beyond to ensure my car was running smoothly! Will always recommend this team!! Thank you!!!

I came by close to closing time because my car was making a weird noise and I didn’t know what was wrong with it and I was nervous about a long drive home. they did not hesitate to help me even though it was late! Alex was so kind and helpful and service was very quick. I am so appreciative and grateful for their time and attention to making sure I got back on the road safely and truly felt cared for as a customer. Highly recommend Ramirez!

I wanted to share how great the service is at Ramirez Body, in the last year I had car repainted to freshen up the look. I had another cars hood repaired from storm damage. Lastly I’ve had my mother in law’s vehicle in for some service and repairs to its suspension. The staff always kept me informed with updates and the quotes were always what was discussed in the beginning. I will continue to use Ramirez Body Shop for all my vehicles needs.

Went to do a diagnostic on brakes after having changed them myself. They informed me of what was causing my brakes to continue screeching and vehicle making a rubbing noise and completed job shortly after. Dealerships would ask for the vehicle all day but Alexis at Ramirez auto repair helped me substantially. I thank Alexis and the mechanic that was very nice and informative of my vehicle.

I've had the pleasure of visiting this auto shop twice now, and I must say, they consistently provide exceptional care for both my vehicle and I as a customer. Unlike my previous experiences at other shops, I never feel taken advantage of here. I went to this shop to get a quote on my front bumper. I visited the shop on 6/4. The quote was good since I was paying out of pocket. Dropped the car off on 6/10 with a promised completion date of 6/12. I called the shop on 6/12 to get a status update, no answer, or return call. Stopped by to check progress around 3:30 pm. on 6/12. I was advised that the car would be ready around 6. Went to grab a bite to eat and run some errands. Got back to the shop around 6:30 ish. Car was ready close to 7 inspected the work satisfied. If something happens to the car again. I would revisit this shop again.

Never coming back here came with my parts and alightment guy had told me $40 to install my parts and $70 alignment so $110 the WHOLE thing came out 150 plus 31 with card transaction they done finssed me when hams was gonna do $80. If you want something affordable don’t come there.

UPDATE: This is my 3rd experience using Ramirez Auto Body Shop. Dallas drivers… anywho as I said I go no where else when it comes to my body work. The experience seems to just get better. They have a new Manager, Alex. I can tell he is creating an even more detailed experience. He took good care of my vehicle. They even cleaned it for me! I have three little toddlers I cart around so that really helped out. He helped me put all my belongings in my vehicle as well! Again, satisfied for the 3rd time. Thank you Alex and crew! They provide excellent customer service. I took my vehicle there around May of this year and they provided a loaner vehicle for me while they repaired my vehicle. They replaced my battery free of charge due to it going bad while being at the shop. My car was hit for the second time this year and I called them up right away to get the processed started. I will never go anywhere else for my body work.

Very fast service and willing to go the extra mile to explain exactly what's going on with your vehicle & how to go about it to fix it verses just not fixing the root of the problem...I enjoyed my experience here... past experience with other shops I wouldn't even bother to write a review

Great business. Our car got wrecked at 7 pm - they were the only shop open. They arranged the tow, and then straightened the frame, replaced the radiator, depth sensor, bumper, metal piece behind bumper, head lamps, the whole front end. Car is as good as new. Plus they cleaned the interior and exterior. We mainly talked to the woman who answered the phone, as other reviews have said she’s great

Was way overcharged! Since when did brake fluid cost $75! Also charged double labor because they chose to keep my car a day and a half. They took advantage because I had no other choice but to go there since my car was not drivable. I would never go there again!!!
