Came here after a waste of my time at discount tire to have rear tires flipped. Even though I bought tires at discount, they wasted an hour of my day and they didn't do it because they were too worn and weren't allowed to touch them even though they inspected them 1st and checked me in. Rafaels tire shop was super fast and reasonable. Will definitely be back! Gracias

I just had the worst experience ever. The guys that are running the shop In my opinion, are dishonest It’s pretty sad. It’s gone downhill. It used to be run by a really nice guy named Gabriel. Who was my friend. Always fair with the prices. But now you have these guys running it that just make up prices as they go. Right in front of me they were giving people different prices. Didn’t make sense at all.When I questioned the price I was given, the guy Copped a bad attitude and justsaid “if you don’t like it then we’ll just take the tire back off.” The mechanic, that was actually doing the work apologized for how I was being treated. He seemed like a good guy. Unfortunately, he has no say. The owner of the place, or the lady that runs it now came out and just took the employee side and didn’t really listen to my side. She offered to lower the price by five dollars, but the damage was already done. I told her about her employee’s attitude and she just seemed to be defensive against me. For this reason, I will never be back again And unfortunately for them I have a lot of family who WERE going there, but after I tell them what happened, I’m sure will no longer. IF YOU NEED TIRES, DO YOURSELF A FAVOR AND DON’T GO THERE, FIND YOURSELF ANOTHER TIRE SHOP.

Never again! I called spoke to someone nice n told me they were gonna sell me 185/55R16. I get there n the guys outside sell me messed up used tires I wake up to a flat tire take it back they fix it wit a worse tire wit old patches on it! Just cuz I'm a female u shouldn't do bad business! SMH now I go to discount tire n I got brand new tires

What an incredible lady who runs this place they went above and beyond to help me and my son while we were traveling through Tucson it’s hard to find amazing service and people like her thankful for them!

Love this place, we have been getting our tires patched and replaced here for almost 16 years, just had my tire patched today. Very fast and professional. So glad they haven’t hiked up the prices and it is still affordable. Haven’t seen Rafeal in a while, hope he is well and in good health.

I’ve recently started coming here. Guys are always working hard , fast and efficient. Prices are great. Bathroom available and very clean. Misters and chairs for hot days. I’ve gotten a couple of patches and tires mounted / balances. Never any problems . Thanks for all you do guys!!!!
