What a great experience today at Rad!! Dwight and entire crew are outstanding! After getting quotes from 5 other establishments for tires and reading reviews. I chose Rad. Their price was by far the most reasonable, and the service great. I am now a customer forever! Thanks guys!!

Called them about a wheel lock key over the phone whoever answered gave me the worst answer ever IDK you'll have to come up here so we can see fine I arrived and greeted them Hello I'm the Guy who called about the wheel lock key his response was priceless hold on Ill be there to look at it 45 minutes later I just walked out after they ignored me.

Only place that could find me what I was looking for hate I had to drive 2 hrs and a half but now looking at it it was worth it! Highly recommended they got me looking good!

I was driving my Lincoln from Charlotte to DC on a road trip and got a tire notification on my dash. I stopped in RAD Performance and they got me in straight away. They took great care of me, and the price was right. The guys working there were personable and friendly. If I’m ever back in the area, I will definitely seek services from this wonderful company. Highly recommend!

Best place to buy tires and wheels, fantastic prices! beat everyone else's by $. I had an order in with another shop that couldn't get the Fuel wheels I wanted for 2 months. I stopped by here and he said I'll have them here in 5 days with everything ready to go. The guys know what they are doing, looked at my truck asked all the right questions I couldn't have been more pleased with everything. Level kit on a 2021 F350 with Fuel D776 and Falken Wildpeak AT3W 37x12.5r20. Had to put in a Rough Country speed calibration to get the speedometer right, forscan wouldn't work.

If I could give them more than 5 stars I would! Went in because my car kept vibrating after my wheels had been balanced at another place on gate city. Turns out only one had been balanced.. they fixed the problem and now my car doesn’t vibrate anymore!! Affordable and fast. I couldn’t get the young man’s name who did the work for me but overall great customer service and great people!

very very very very slowwww wait time. even with appointment you will be waiting over for hours on a simple 4 tire change. Very small tight storefront. wheels crowd the wait line. no waiting room. I recommend going elsewhere for your simple wheel needs. the place is too small for what there trying to do there.
