These are my guys! I’ve just received my car back in working order after I broke down on the side of the road. Chris hooked me up with a tow guy and got my car to his shop without me having to lift a finger. Replaced my faulty fuel injectors and I had my vehicle back in a couple of days. Don’t hesitate to hit them up when you get in trouble with your vehicle! Thanks so much!

Great service, super professional. Brought my car in for oil and transmission, didn't try to upcharge or sell addons. Noticed a day later that transmission was leaking and they fixed it no questions asked, was an issue with o ring on filter, no fault of their own.

After working with seriously challenged “auto shops” all over Las Vegas for 1 1/2 years I’ve finally discovered a terrific one for my 1967 Buick Riviera! Chris and his team are: very responsive; very communicative in an unrushed manner & speak in laymen’s terms; fairly priced and quick; and return your vehicle in the same condition as when you dropped it off. I unconditionally recommend them and their work.

Really great shop, they take accountability for their work and I genuinely appreciate that. Had my brakes and pads changed here; a year on I find out that my rotors had warped, unbeknownst to what the cause may have been. Reach back out to them, and they resurface it with no cost to me. Will recommend to anyone.

Was referred to this shop by Hi Star who was too busy to work on my vehicle. Needed someone to tell me what was going on because my "check engine" light had come on. I have a 2019 vehicle that I'm very vigilant with and take excellent care of. Brought the car in to R&R first thing in the morning and Frank told me they'd call me in a couple hours after they had time to do a diagnostic. When I hadn't heard from them by the end of the day I called and after a pause that told me they had forgotten to call me, they told me they'd identified the issue as a leak in my fuel pump, that they would order the part, and could replace it the following day. Okay fine. The next day I go in and pick up the car and get charged $500+. Okay fine. Three days later the check engine light comes on again and I call R&R up again to tell them the light is back on, and that I'd like them to see what is up because maybe we hadn't fixed things on the first go. They keep the car another half day and then Frank calls me to say it looks like I need to replace my gas cap (which I later Google and see I can buy online myself for $30). I point out the obvious to Frank - that both of their diagnoses seem to deal with the fuel system, and that perhaps the first $500 service was unnecessary. Frank says no, this is completely coincidental... I tell Frank this doesn't pass the smell test to me, and he gets huffy/high and mighty with me and says they don't charge for unnecessary repairs and I can just come and get my vehicle if that's how I feel. I do. A couple thoughts: - I won't be back. Customer service follow-through and integrity are incredibly below par. This experience was worst case scenario for me. Not sure why anyone would trust R&R after this experience. I wonder if Hi Star knows this is how they operate. Because if so, that actually doesn't speak well of their judgement either. - I don't know who the owner/manager is here. If it's you, Frank, hire someone else to run the phones and deal w/ the customers. You obviously don't enjoy it, and you're rude. If Frank is a hired hand, relocate him to another position away from customers and swap him out with someone with a better bedside manner.

This has to be the best auto repair shop in Las Vegas! I had one other shop work on my vehicle 3 different times for air-conditioning- never worked for more than a couple days! $2000 later, I took it to R and R and they finally fixed it!! Love this auto repair shop!!

Chris goes above and beyond! The entire staff is great, and they make sure you are only paying for what you need/ask for. This is the ONLY place I trust in Vegas and will continue to take my vehicles here. Thanks for all the help!

Been going to R&R for over 15 years and numerous cars. I know I can trust Chris and his team with any repair needed from an easy oil change to a complete transmission rebuild . I 100% trust them as they have proven time and time again their honesty and integrity. Thanks for all you do!

I took my Avalanche to have it looked at and the customer service was outstanding. R & R are very professional and did not charge to look at it and give me a quote. I had the work done because the price was very reasonable for all the work needed. I highly recommend Chris and his team.

Hands down best mechanic shop in town. I own an automotive collision center and we have our own mechanics too and I send everyone I know including clients over to Chris. I had to get some work done on my personal truck and my guys were just too busy to get to it and had Chris take care of it. He did major TLC to my motor and knocked it out quickly and did an amazing job. The guy is a perfectionist If you want the best mechanic in town to work on your vehicle, this is the place to go.

So, im a ny'er,and one thing I learned was when in a new city u need 4 major professionals..the first, mechanic,and I have one ,r&r..of course a Dr. Then great pizza and Chinese .but Chris and guys at r and r trustworthy fair, and just plain great guyz
