Everyone at RJ automotive has been punctual, quick, and efficient. They greatly helped and eased the burden of a transmission replacement, working with the transmission supplier and towing. My truck was finished and ready to pick up in 2 days. After finding the cruise control not setting, I was able to bring it in on a later date. They saw me without appointment for a quick check. I was in and out, cruise control fixed in 40 minutes. Overall great group that gives amazing service to all customers.

My car wouldn't start, so I gave R J Automotive a call in the morning to ask if they had time to check it out if I had it towed to them. I was pleasantly surprised to hear a Yes! Towing took awhile but once there, Javier told me they'd take a look and let me know what they found. Diagnostics found nothing, however, my spark plugs needed replacing. That took just under an hour and I was on my way. Javier was very honest and he and his team were friendly, professional, the service was great and the pricing very fair! I'll be back for any regular maintenance and service for my car.

Tire pros did not Honor warranty their found R J Automotive on google I got in without an appointment and removed a poorly designed lift kit all four were broken and was told by warren tire pros in Kent that it was safe to drive.Javier took care of me and had me out on the road in 2hrs 43 minutes also replaced my starter

Very friendly staff. Stopped by without an appt for the undercarriage of my car dragging and my car was pulled back quickly and I was in and out in 30 minutes with my issue resolved.

Went to fix the noise that my car was making when I turned it on. The guy heard it first and guessed it right. It was the fan belt needed to be changed and he even found out the 3way hose was also leaking which I was so happy that someone found it coz wherever my car parked at, it always left a big black mark of like something was leaking. They replaced them with new parts and I was able to pick up my car after 2hrs. They are fast and reliable. I recommend them to anyone who is looking for the best mechanic in town.

The rear main seal on my 20 year--old Subaru was replaced in 3 days! Very affordable, efficient, and friendly. I've also had regular maintenance, some electrical work, and a tune up done with them. They always finish before promised. I've also sent in several friends, and they've had the same experiences. I highly recommend them. They're the best in the Kent area.

Took my vehicle in on Saturday because it was hard idling and losing power when driving. They did a diagnosis on the vehicle and told me that I needed a new engine which would be $2500. Took it to the kia dealership on Monday because it was still under warranty and they said it was four spark plugs and a coil pack that needed replacing. $350 later and it was good. Called to see if they would give me a refund for the mis diagnosis, was told the owner would call me back. Will update if they follow through with the call back and refund.

I noticed my tire needed air. Being fairly new to area, i still am nit sure who to trust. I pulled in for a question. Shortly after i was omw respected, explained and knowing i did the right thing. I highly recommend. Only sorry i didnt get his name. I say thank you again!
