I’ve been going to R&B Automotive for over 6 years, servicing diferents Cars of my family and i am always pleased with the honestly , service and prices. I won’t take my car anywhere else ! Raul has plenty experience , he is very honest and professional , i truly recomend R&B automotive.

I had an incredible experience at RB automotive! Raúl and his team are top-level professionals. They were very professional and honest, as they explained to me in detail how they would fix my car and did not try to sell me unnecessary repairs. The service was fast and my car is working perfectly. 100% recommended. I will definitely return for future repairs

I should be able to give 0 stars! Took car there with all my parts.I have gone to this shop years ago and the experience was not great but car got fixed. I'm not sure what is wrong with him but something is not right. The good reviews must be from friends/family or they gave them a discount. My car came back with so many missing parts I had to get entire motor replaced, other things that previously worked no longer worked after R & B had it for over 4 months. Raul lied and told my insurance company I brought the car like that. his shop. This is the farthest from the truth and I don't know why he would just outright lie. The estimate he gave for repair made no mention of any of the parts needing to be replaced or repaired because all the parts were there until he had my car. They kept my car over 4 months and Raul was so hard to find he was always out of town or not answering his phone for weeks. His reception couldn't even reach him when I finally gave up and had my car towed to another shop. I have no reason to lie about my experience- what would I gain? I truly dont want anyone to go through what I had too.Dont even take a Tonka toy truck for him to touch- it will never work again. He told me each week I patiently texted/called that he was working on my car, all for it to sit outside in the dusty lot for over for months. I really believe he may be a insane narcissist. IF YOU ARE A WOMAN- DEFINITELY DO NOT TAKE YOUR CAR THERE. They are liars and crooks or crazy. This has caused me to go through so much unnecessary stress and depression. TAKE YOUR CARE HERE AT YOUR OWN RISK!!!

Rual is a very knowledgeable person he was precise in diagnosing my issue with my Tahoe. I didn't have to jump through a lot of hoops, wondering are the giving me the runaround he was on the money also he explained the entire process and the price I believe is fair for the work being done. The good reviews must be fake because this place is absolute trash. Do not let it fool you. totally destroyed my car it’s a money pit. They purposely break things so you can pay more. You’ve been warned

I went to have them look at my car for a misfire back in December 2023. Car still has same issues as of today. They charged $800 for a damn tune up and my car still isn’t fix. They make sure you only pay cash so that way you lose your money. What’s the point of a diagnostic if you can tell what the hell is going on. Do NOT bring your car here. Not even a bike. Do not recommend at ALL. Hispanic trying to get over anyway they can. Definitely don’t let the young guy work on yo car. Neverrrrrrrr AGAIN ‼️‼️

The owner is very professional, helpful and has good communication, however I feel that his workers may not be on the same accord as him. My vehicle spent some time at their shop and was unable to be fixed due to insurance difficulties. My car returned with missing pieces (visor clips for interior mirrors) along with some bluetooth earphones. Also my solenoid for my starter is damaged and the car was trashed like someone was looking for something. I give 3 stars in behalf of Raul because I’m not sure if he has anything to do with any of the mishaps. I don’t want to stop anyone from supporting just be aware of my experience.

I have been doing business with this company for about a year or so, and my father has done business with them for years. The service is acceptable, but the communications and standard practices are a little questionable. Waited on my vehicle for a few weeks, heard nothing back from the administrators in charge or client relations over there, and had to track down my vehicles status and whatever other requirements/services I’d need to receive to get the vehicle in proper order. I have spent around 5 thousand dollars in the last 6 months with them, and the vehicle in question still isn’t properly working… I decided to keep it after this last round of repairs because I actually had to rent a car for 2 weeks to get to work and didn’t receive any reimbursement for this at all. I don’t expect anything or for anyone to change their habits with working with this company but I do think these situations are not isolated and should be documented properly to show people who they are spending money with and why they are. The shop owners expertise could’ve been used to prevent me from spending any ridiculous amounts of money with them to fix a vehicle that probably would’ve been better left alone, but of course everyone is more focused on capitalism than doing right by others and providing a reliable product they can stand behind.

They replaced my engine on my 2012 Maxima SV about a year ago and it's still running smoothly. The price was comparable and they were done in less than a week. I've recommended them to everyone I know and I stand on that to date. Great place.
