My car went into limp mode with multiple dash lights on my way to work this morning. Luckily, I had just passed R & B so made a u-turn and went straight there. Ryan took are of me right away, ordered the part I needed and replaced it as soon as the part was delivered. They had me back on the road in less than 2 hours! Ryan made it all so easy and I had the pleasure of chatting with Bill as well as a repeat customer who was there also. If I could give them 10 out of 10 stars, I would! I will definitely be using them for my future auto needs!!

I needed a pre purchase inspection on a car I hoped to buy. I talked with Bill, he fit me in that same day and helped me make a good decision on purchasing the car. They were so kind to me, it’s been a while since I’ve experienced customer service this excellent. I would highly recommend them to anyone. What a wonderful place. They also have a really cute dog.

He charged me $96/- for oil change! Felt foolish to trust him as he had charged $67/- last year! Total rip off! On questioning he gave an excuse prices of everything has gone high! Seriously so high????

I had an exceptional experience at this auto shop over the past month. Victor went above and beyond in assisting me with an issue on my car. One aspect I truly appreciate is feeling comfortable as a woman walking into their shop, as they consistently prioritize honesty. It's a relief to find an auto shop that not only provides great service but also fosters trust and respect. Highly recommended!

Incredible staff and stellar service… from Bill at the desk to the guys working on the vehicles, they make you feel at home. And rest assured that they’ve got all your needs covered. I have a ‘92 F150 XLT and, despite being an old truck, they take great care of it. Highly recommend this shop.

We just moved into the area and my husband was in need of an inspection so we Googled places nearby and came across R&B. He was in there first thing on a Monday morning and was out within 20 min which is rare. The staff were friendly and the service was fairly priced. Good experience overall and we will be back when needed!

Awesome time bound service. Reasonable pricings alongwith quality work. Owner and his son are very friendly and polite. They do call u if they find anything else to fix up in ur vehicle other than your requested services. Would highly recommend them.

If you want the best mechanics and the honest people. You must go to this place. I have been going here for years. I will never take my care to stealerships(dealerships). They lie to you for what they say may be wrong with your car. If Ryan or Joel say something is wrong with your car you can take it to the bank. Very honest people. They don't advertise, because they are referred by word of mouths. Thank goodness I have them in my life.
