Visited this month for oil change. Price hiked from 79.00 to 140.00!! I was told there was a leak somewhere at the bottom and it had spread so they weren't sure from where it was coming!! I was shocked bc my car is fairly new, well taken care off no one else has worked on my car other than oil changes at the agency with the exception of this time...in my driveway I've never seen any oil leaks ! Last time I will not visit this place again.

Took it in for a basic oil change and then in a couple of days my car was leaking antifreeze all over my driveway. Mind you the car had never leaked before! I got it check and turns out they broke a pump next to the oil filter and made my water pump burst amd that there was no way it was them!!!! Took it to get checked elsewhere and and now they dnt want to be responsible, first it wasnt them, then when i told them someone else checked it and they based on they already touched it so now the warranty dsnt cover it! Now, their mistake it's gonna cost me a couple of hundred dollars plus the time they fixing the leak! It's not the first a incident occuers with them, and that female store manager, 0% customer service.

I think people should check to make sure they do the service they offer. A few days ago I went to have my car serviced and they didn't do it completely yet I told them. They told me that they said, yes! and it was not so. DON'T TRUST THEM

Been coming for years never had a bad experience until today. Staff is good. They go crazy on add on’s watch out for the sales. What sounded like 15.99$ cabin air filter turned into 59.99 price gouge ( not even a high performance air filter) can get it for 20$ or less at any store. Have never Payed 161$ for oil change and air filter. DISAPPOINTED all I can say.

Took it in for a basic oil change and the next morning my car was leaking oil all over my driveway. Mind you the car had never leaked oil before the oil change! I took it back to quicklube and they said it was a $700+ oil filter adapter that needed to be replaced, it was because of wear and tear on the part, and that there was no way it was them. Took it to get checked elsewhere and the oil filter quicklube used had a damaged seal and the oil was leaking from there! I bought the $18 filter and the problem was fixed! They gave me a $1000 estimate to fix the leak! Yea right!

Horrible place, rude workers in the inside. They had 6 girls on one computer,saying nothing but gossip of the workers on the outside .I walked in a covered my mouth and burped a little bit and they had the nerve to say excuse yourself. Like if I was a kid and they said I wasn't respectful.. if you want to go somewhere with Horrible service and people who judge you and shady workers. Come here if you wanted to be treated less then them.. ugly people inside and out here... the women looked like clowns with all there makeup

got new rotors and pads changed in December, then had to resurface rotors, got crystallized in 3 months. asked why got crystallized, they said way we drive car. had driven car 50,000 miles, never crystallized?!? now only after 3000, we dont brake correctly?!? still had to pay for labor.for this,
