Awesome team! I used to live in Addison and this place has been my go-to for oil change. They’re all very professional, humble, and will tell you what’s wrong with your car if there’s an issue. No bull. No hassle. Since I moved, I still go to them when I’m in the area.

The owner Wess has always been professional with me. He has worked on all my vehicles over the past 10 yrs. Gets them working properly & always in a timely matter. There is no repair he cant fix. I highly recommend him. Wishing him continued blessings & success!

I tried to get state inspection with them multiple times and they always says that their system is not working. This is exactly what they said last year. They just don't want to do it.

This place has bad service. Mechanics don't know how to diagnose your car and barley have expertise on how to repair your car. I had my brakes installed here and they said they installed new rotors as well. While at work I just so happened to look at the rotors and they were the same old rotors with new brakes. THEY NEVER ANSWER THE PHONE AND NEARLY IMPOSSIBLE TO GET A HOLD OF THEM. The one in Arlington is much better than this one/ like night and day. O stars

Sure, Wes is nice but the time spent here is ridiculous. I asked prior to coming and again upon arrival how much time to expect to spend to wait for service to be completed. I even asked if I should make an appointment and was told to just come in. I went in the morning as I was told they’re less busy. I was told an hour to an hour and a half. I spent double the amount of time here, over three hours, partly due to them initially requesting the wrong parts. With them being the car professionals, they should know what to request. If I’d have had a better experience, I’d have given 4 stars.

I don’t recommend this place at all. I took my car in for an oil change and to replace my belts, and it ended up taking four hours. When I was there, they told me there was a knocking sound in the motor, which was complete nonsense since another mechanic had previously told me my car was in perfect condition except for the frayed belts. They insisted I shouldn’t drive it or it would stop running, but I had no choice since it’s my only car. When I left, my husband immediately noticed they had either tightened the belts too much or used the wrong ones. I called the shop and they admitted this was the reason for the knocking, even though they originally blamed my motor. How could someone with no mechanical experience figure this out by just looking, but their “experienced” mechanics missed it? They asked us to bring it back the next day since they were closing. When we got there, the front desk guy rudely claimed they didn’t cause the problem, even though they clearly did. They didn’t get to our car until around 5pm, and after supposedly fixing it, we left. While driving, we noticed a shaking noise when turning the wheel and an even worse noise when reversing. The next day, we took it to another mechanic, who confirmed they had once again used the wrong size belt and left it too loose. I don’t recommend going here if you’re a woman because they may scam you or if you have a car because they WILL break it. Stay far away!

If I could give minus 3 stars I would. This place was supposed to change my oil & flush power steering. They only empty & the fluids & clean the case. I was like dude no way you could have done both in less than 10 minutes. I was correct.. This place will cut corners.. I had to get them to recap my steering & engine off. Poor business & service at this location. Negative - ⭐⭐⭐

My drain plug was stripped Moe took it off and Fixed it with a new drain plug and did my oil change as well saved me $550 dollars. Thank you Moe this place definitely recommend.

No integrity or morals. The manager/owner hosts a scam class probably before you even get hired to make sure you can tell the right lies on spot. This is the place that tells you lies so that they can up-charge you. And when they bring the manager out, he will lie to you as well. The manager is more than likely a family member by the way. When you actually find out the truth a call back, he will tell you “NO ONE FORCED YOU TO DO ANYTHING”.. Admitting that they gave you false information, and that it was your choice.

Would not come here. I came awhile back and they forgot to put my radiator cap back on before I drove off. I drove off and my engine overheats and locks up. They offer to put in a “new” engine and radiator for free. Just went to another auto shop and found out it’s not a brand new engine at all. My car never drove the same after this and had to replace almost everything under my hood due to their mistake. Very sketchy owner, don’t appreciate being lied to. Even printed a fake receipt that says new engine replacement on it because they didn’t have the receipt that they bought a new engine. Figuring out how to take legal action with all the proof I have now.
