THANK GOD MY ENGINE DID NOT SEIZE! I typically go to this place and NEVER had a problem. On 3/17/24 I received an oil change on my FX35. They asked what oil I preferred and I requested for the car to be filled with premium oil. Today 4/18/24 I go to the mechanic because there’s a fluttering metal sound that started 2 days prior. When I mechanic popped my hood……… THERE WAS ABSOLUTELY NOOOOO OIL IN THE CAR! My mechanic wiped the oil reader on my finger and it was DRRRRYYYYYY!!!!!! How is that possible? Even if my car is an “oil drinker” I don’t see how 6 quarts could burn out to NOTHING in essentially a month! Had my engine seized, I would have been out of a car and no legit way to hold them accountable! I will not be returning to this establishment.

I had an oil change done, prices went up service is not the same. I will not return to this establishment no more, and I have been going there for years. The crew is different, crew before this one was professional
