I went there once for an oil change. That was fine, though the waiting room experience was awful. Who puts on Newsmax? Then CMA started sending me mail and email I never opted into. Then they sold my mailing address to Sirius XM, disrespecting the fact that I’m on the DMA opt out list. They do not respect your privacy. I will never go back and I suggest you don’t go either.

Just NO. I called in advance and was told no appointment necessary for state inspection, and it would take less than an hour. I asked again when I arrived at 735AM and was told about an hour. I sit here, 2 HOURS LATER, and no end in sight for this nonsense. There is zero sense of urgency. The customer's time is not respected at all. Very disappointing and will not go back.

Had a slow leak (screw in tire) and came here. It was the only place I went to in town that was able to see me as a walk in first thing in the morning. Ka-Tari was super helpful and friendly. I did have to wait a little over an hour but the waiting room has free snacks, drinks and wifi so it was fine. They were able to patch the tire so it was very reasonable and only $30. Definitely recommended!

I walked in for a state inspection and Branden the service advisor was really nice and helpful. He was very efficient and helped me get it done extremely quick. Definitely recommend this place and see Branden for a great experience.

Quicklane is my truck maintenance service center and I will not go anywhere else! They are professional, courteous and deliver high quality auto maintenance at a reasonable price. Shout out to Branden for exceptionally good customer service! Godspeed!

Staff was pleasant, and I appreciate them taking me as a last minute walk-in! Big thanks to Branden for making me feel welcome. Their prices on the other hand are ridiculous! I won't post the list they gave me me, but here's one example; Rear brakes and rotors = $650....WHAT?!! Even with a three year warranty, that price is crazy. Overall, the staff was friendly and kept smiling, but for my sanity and to stay on budget to purchase my new home, I will have to get the work done somewhere else.

I made appt for oil change and inspection and asked how much the oil change would be and was told "about $90". When I dropped the car off, I asked again and was told again "about $80-$90" At the time, they knew what kind of car I had and what kind of oil was needed. They charged me $140 and when I told them I was quoted $90 the most I got was a shrug. The inspection failed because of needed brake work. They quoted me $2300 for the brake repair and were rather heavy-handed when I said I would check with my nearby mechanic, but I took it to my nearby mechanic who I trust and did the work for about $1650. After I got the brakes repaired I called Quick Lane to make an appointment for re-inspection and was told they didn't make appointments for that but 1st-come-1st-serve. I was the first one there when they opened at 7:30 and was told it wouldn't be ready until about 1pm. The service rep told me I could make an appt for another day. When I told him I was told on the phone that appts weren't make for re-inspection all I got back was an unsympathetic shrug. So I made an appt for another day, and brought it back for the re-inspection which thankfully was not more than an hour. Because I feel I was overcharged based on what I was quoted, and because of the general lack of interest to be of service, and not caring enough to give an accurate quote, and the over-priced quote for the brake repair, I cannot recommend this place. To be fair, when I brought the car back for the re-inspection I was treated with respect, but I still cannot recommend.

Just got my state inspection done. I called about 10 other places in the area to try to get an appointment, and all were booked up. Quick Lane said they were first come first serve, so I came in at 6:30 on a Saturday (they open at 7) and was first in line. They had a busy Saturday of appointments, but took my car right away. The inspection took two hours, which I didn't mind. Staff was super kind and helpful. I passed needing new windshield wipers. Overall, great experience. Good spot if you're looking for a last minute state inspection, they're open 7am-2pm on Saturdays.

This is a very, very good shop. Did a state inspection here recently and felt confident in their work. One draw back is that you will have to wait much longer for service to your vehicle. I had an appointment for this and it still took (exactly) 2 hours. Be sure to etch out a good chunk of time when you come here-- otherwise you should not be disappointed with their work.

Took my car to Quick Lane because A/C was blowing warm air. Charged me $327 for something they repaired. The receipt says "all good at this time". After 20 mins of driving, A/C was blowing warm air again. Took my car back to Quick Lane for the same issue, this time they said they changed the fuse, charged me $283. Again, after 20 mins of driving, problem persisted, still blowing warm air. Called Quick Lane and took my car back for the THIRD time. Left my car there all day, at 4:30 p.m, they finally called me only to say they were not able to do anything, that they know what the problem is but don't know the cause. Because I'm a woman and clearly looks like I know little to nothing about car repairs, plus I'm small, I feel I am taken advantage of.

I came for a vehicle inspection, it was quite slow, nearly 3 hours before I got out of there with a fail. They expected me to do repairs here, which I would never do as it's a conflict of interest. Now they are making me wait for a quote I don't want. They gave me the quote verbally, but didn't bother to write anything down. It was a huge mistake to come here, even if they are LGBT friendly.

Went in for a simple tire rotation. I set my appointment well in advanced. I had an appointment as emphasis. I’ve been sitting in the lobby for an hour. My mother is being discharged from the hospital and I told the man who took my keys. There’s a bunch of people just staring at a computer screen. I need to pick up my mother and they’ve taken my Jeep Wrangler hostage for a $30 dollar service for over a freaking hour. I had an appointment for a simple freaking tire rotation. What’s the point of an appointment here? Whack. Not an organized company with TOO MUCH overhead. Not impressed.

Came in for just a state inspection. Walked in with no appointment and my truck was ready within an hour. The techs gave me estimates on some semi-routine maintenance and the inspection was free as a first time customer.
