Ida the service advisor is fantastic. Appointments and service are always quick. The full checks that are done have saved me from components failing ahead of time and kept me on the road. The other service advisors are great also. Would highly recommend this shop

I’ve been coming to this place couple of times now and so far no complaints in terms of wrench work or customer services. In fact I had issue unlocking my truck and one of the employees went across the street (I believe) and got a slim Jim and got it open for me so that was awesome. It’s a first come first serve so I’d recommend coming early especially if you need little extra work on vehicle. Only negative thing if anything is parking can be a tight squeeze if you have big truck/SUV.

Tstat seized and blew out coolant hose while climbing hill out of Bakersfield leaving me stranded on highway in 110 degree heat. Got towed and dropped off here on Thursday night. Jose recommended a hotel and even paid for the Lyft to get me there. Despite being swamped with work Jose was able to get me back on the road by 4 pm Friday. Great service. Really appreciate their efforts

I visited this service center three weeks ago for a coolant change. Initially, everything seemed fine until a leak developed last week. Despite living in Delano, which is a bit of a drive, the responsiveness of the shop was commendable. They promptly dispatched a technician to inspect the issue. The technician quickly identified and acknowledged the mistake made during the initial service. The following day, they efficiently repaired my 2017 Ford Fusion and even generously topped off my gas tank. A week has passed since the repair, and my car is performing better than ever. I definitely plan on returning to this shop for future services. See below from the initial leak to smoothly commuting to work, school, and back home.

As I went into quick lane the young man referred me to the service department to have the DEF added to my truck. I don't know why he wanted to pass the buck to the service department. Please do your job, if I wanted to pay for the DEF, I would have but I come to quick lane for the service I get from Ford.

I was traveling through Death Valley on my way from NM to WA towing a 25 ft travel trailer with my F150 when my check engine lights came on and I lost all power. Shutting down and restarting would reset the computer, and I was able to continue, but for an unknown time & distance. I phoned The Quick Lane in Bakersfield, 280 miles away, and they agreed to get me in right away if I could make it there. The problem repeated once again in Death Valley and again in the Panamint Valley, but I made it. Service Advisor Jose Garcia-Zavala got us in right away. The problem was quickly diagnosed (throttle body problem), parts ordered, and we were on our way in under 24 hours. Jose kept me informed throughout and was a pleasure to work with. We made it to our grandson's first birthday party in Bellingham with time to spare!
