As a single woman, I am always fearful that I will be taken advantage of for car service. I have never felt that way. Jamal went above and beyond for me and I am very grateful. Schicker ford cares about its people and not just making a buck.

I would not recommend this business for an emission test. I made an appointment for 10 am the day before and was told it would take about 30 minutes. Today, for my appointment I arrived 10 minutes early. After an hour, I walked to the counter to see what the issue was. I was informed they were just “busy.” I can understand being busy, but I received no communication about the situation. After addressing the issue I was then able to check out and leave. It makes me wonder how long my car was done before I walked up to the counter to figure out what was going on. In total, it took them one hour and 15 minutes to complete the appointment.

I just added a Post yesterday. Being asked for another is no problem. The services provided were incredible. I am a retired, disabled veteran. I was sent a reminder notification for the upcoming 70k vehicle checkup. I found and bought the SUV at Schicker Ford. I called on a Friday and got a Monday morning appointment. I brought it in and was told by Eric that this was complimentary. I had forgotten and he was great about it. He called a driver to take me home. To my surprise, he called and told me they were bringing my vehicle home to me. The fellow was already at my door with the paperwork and my key. I am so satisfied and grateful to deal with the staff at Quick Lane. These people are professionals who care about their service.

What a great team! I used to bring my F-150 in to see the guys at Quick Lane/Schicker and always had great experiences. Took my new Bronco in to have it serviced and - shocker - great experience! Jamal was incredibly helpful in giving me advice on scheduling and Adam (my mechanic/tech) was a total pro; both great guys to boot! I would highly recommend anyone looking for quality service with good turnaround to consider this group.

Be very wary of suggested repairs. Quite disappointed. I have been using Quick Lane since I bought my truck at Schicker 10 years ago. I brought my truck in for "works" which includes oil change, tire rotation, inspection of various components. Tires were NOT rotated (I know this because I marked them, reason being they have done this to me before). They suggested I need cabin air filter replacement - not the regular air filter. MY TRUCK DOES NOT EVEN HAVE A CABIN AIR FILTER. At this point I cannot be confident the oil was even changed. The oil was already very clean because it only had around 3,000 miles on it. Were the brakes inspected? Only God and the technician know that.

Customer Service always superior,the weekend first come first serve is not too bad!I have to give them a one star ..they have not offered fluids I needed on two occasions and my car overheated leaving me and my family straned

I will never take my vehicle for an oil change here again, They spilled oil on my engine twice, Came home oil was leaking from my drain plug. This place was a huge headache.

My daughter had an oil change and tire rotation. Everything went smoothly. No issues. They have a nice waiting room with sodas, snack machines and a TV you can watch.🙂🙂

Regular maintenance (The Works + winterizing) plus, after 11 years, the brakes needed replacing. All done in the time of a long, leisurely breakfast, and the work was completed in an hour less than estimated. Jamal was right. It IS like driving a brand new car. These folks are the best!

Waited 3 hours to find out $1500 is needed in repairs for state inspection and emissions inspection. I've already, after 3 months, spending over $4000 in repairs just to get my car running. My car runs fine now and I've traveled with it with no problems.

Went in for The Works - oil change & tire rotation. 7AM appt. 6:50 AM front door ajar so went in. Abruptly told don’t open till 7 & had to wait outside. Could I sit in chair & wait? No. They took veh 7:10. Sitting in waiting Rm 1 hr - 8:10 veh ready. Charged $3 more than posted for “ extra supplies “ ? 4 cyl veh. So w tax over $72 On 4 pg receipt was $502 of maintenance I should do including $40 air filter. 2021 veh w 30k mi. Why didn’t they come tell me I needed air filter as I waited an hr 10 feet from the reception area?? But, they wait & hand me print out as I am leaving? I would of had it replaced. Advised they TEXT you the info & you need to check your TEXT while waiting?? No one told me. Everyone is assumed to be checking their text in waiting room?? Crazy. No personal customer service. They can’t speak w you & show you dirty filter like oil change places do. And you say, yes replace that. They send a TEXT. You’re supposed to know to watch for text. OMG. Did speak w mngr who did then have air filter replaced. Driving 2 days later & tire sensor alert. LF 51. RF 31. Rears 50, 49. Suggested mfg front tires 41 psi. Rear 42. Stopped to fill RF. 24 hrs holding. No leak. Called to advise they overfilled LF by 10 psi & under RF by 10. So 20 psi diff between front 2 tires !!! And 3 valve stem covers missing. Next AM. 7 AM. Returned to correct tire air pressure & get valve stem covers. Advised need 41, 42 psi. (I had left some air out down to 45-46) Car back. Still missing valve stem covers? Can’t find my metal original ones. Drove errands to reset tire pressure indicator. Remains hrs later the 46, 47 as when I took it. ??? Called. Mechanic remembers letting air out but unk to what. It was at 48 & 45. Frightening they can’t even get my tire pressure rt after 2 trips. Need emissions test for license renewal. Only 1 guy there can do them - didn’t come in today. Told no one else wants to get certified to do them.
