Had a great experience by my Ford F150 at Russell Smith. Amir was a great salesman and did a good job at giving me the best deal couldn’t be happier all the way from the managers to the finance director I even had Steve back in window tint, change the tint on my windows. He did a great job. Went back and met the service advisors all seem to be great people. very happy with my purchase

It’s almost not worth the free oil changes when you have to spend 3 hours waiting. I was told an hour and a half to get my oil changed with an appointment. We are now over two hours and they still have to do not have the filters and get the four cars before me out and checked out. Why have your customers make an appointment when you are taking in way to many cars?

Very disappointed, I brought my car for an oil change, they said I need other optional services. Then, the very same day my car has an issue and the enginee light went on. And they said I need one of the services they proposed. Back to 6 mo ago, after an oil change my car had issues too. Very unethical!!!
