Still a great place for Ford service but, somewhat disappointed this time. Not in the staff but in the management. Oh well, not surprised, just disappointed. Having your spare tire pressure checked with your truck service is only an option if you supply the rod needed to lower the spare tire. The shops are not supplied with the crank necessary to facilitate that procedure. I was also expecting a complimentary wash with the $1700.00 service invoice but was told, that too has gone by way of the Dodo.

I have a company vehicle that is part of the ford fleet program so it has to be serviced at a ford dealership. I have been bring the vehicle to Ford of Dalton for over a year now. All of the staff are very professional and friendly. Service is always reasonable and don’t have to wait long.

I love these guys. I never use the dealership services department, except here. They are friendly, fast, and honest. Dog friendly too. :)

Place is always friendly at the quick lube. Front desk staff are the best. Found another problem, and they got it fixed while we waited.

Can’t recommend this place enough. Broke down on the interstate and they got me in late on a Saturday. Diagnosed my problem and got me repaired right away. Daniel from service provided honest, detailed and thorough explanations of the problem and some of the best customer service that I have ever received at a dealership. 5 star customer service and 5 star repairs!

They guy didn't know if he was equipped to check transmission fluid in a C5 Vette. Maybe you shouldn't be in automotive fluid services if you don't even know how to do each individual vehicle.

It's very good service in my experience they have been prompt and knowledgeable for the issues that I have faced and any that they' more not immediately familiar with they were quick to is quick to come up with a solution or at least offer me a helping hand on whatever I was facing

We broke down on I-75 on a Sunday and were DOA with a fifth wheel. FOD took great care of us and were very accommodating to our situation. We felt safe while having to "camp" in the dealer lot, and worked tirelessly to get us back on the road. Thank you FOD!
