He's fine if you need an oil change. I absolutely would not recommend Jarel to do anything major to an imported car. I paid him $2300 to perform a timing chain replacement on my Mini Cooper. After more than 5 returns to his shop for ridiculous issues ((once they left the radiator cap off), the car became completely inoperable. No one in Greensboro could figure out why it wouldn't start. I finally towed it to a BMW shop in Northern Virginia. I am personally acquainted with the owner, who just charged me a mere $5000 to rectify what he labeled the absolute worst work he had ever seen. Jarel skimmed money by using the old adjusters, which should never happen. He failed to synchronize them, he mounted them badly so they shredded the new serpentine belt he installed, My friend told me he would have charged a normal customer $7500, but I got a break. A break - thanks to Jarel and his work, I only ended up putting out $7500 for a new timing chain instead of $10,000 (not including the towing expense.) TREAD CAREFULLY

I called on Saturday for a friend who needed brakes. They quoted me and were out at the location within 45 minutes. I truly appreciate your kindness and the work was top notch.

He came out to look at a window and spent time looking at other things that were going on. He did a very thorough job and explained EVERYTHING. He has great communication and I appreciate that. When he came to fix our window this morning he was fast, clean and efficient.

Please communicate with your customers instead of avoiding them. Especially when they spent A LOT of money with you before you got a shop…That is my nice way of saying what i really want to say. Let’s be glad I go to church now.

Seems to be real shady. Taking money hand over fist from a person who trust him to be a professional with integrity only to find out he is far from it. He doesn't seem to be a stranger to going to court either. Be aware of this one.

So appreciative of this father and son team! We were headed out of town with our RV and blew a tire. In a stroke of amazing luck, Quartz Auto Repair was right off the highway when we pulled off to figure out what to do next. They were professional, courteous, and knowledgeable. They quickly got us back on the road and we are thankful for all of their help. Would definitely recommend to both locals and cars passing through in need of repair. Thank you guys!!

Had some damage to my head lights from an accident and took my truck to Quartz. They were professional and able to fix everything immediately. I’ll definitely be back.
