Quick and quality service. Was able to take me right in, immediately started diagnosing the problem and had it fully fixed and running within hours and I didn't even have a appt!

Don't go here. Nasty tempered Asian guy yelled at me and cursed me out simply because I was getting my insurance emailed to me to show him. This guy is nasty and rude, he even said "F*** you!" No customer should ever get treated that way.

I have been there three times. I went there for struts change, state inspection and brake flush. I can only say it's a low price but hight quality auto service place.

I can't say enough about the excellence of this service provider. I was referred to Quan Auto several years ago by a coworker for replacement of a timing belt on my used vehicle. Mr. Quan has been in business in Austin for many years and, in my opinion, he is one of the best and most honest mechanics in town. The service I received here was wonderful! Mr. Quan was very friendly, my car was repaired very promptly, and I actually saved hundreds of dollars in overcharges/part markups I was quoted by dealerships. Thanks, Mr. Quan for OUTSTANDING service!!!
